Joe Talaugon was fantastic! and very patient. We were initially looking at a used car. But when the numbers were run, it turned out to be a new car price that I wasn't willing to pay for a used car. Joe was very patient and showed us other options. My husband is enjoying his new car and thanks to Joe's knowledge, the new technology that came with the car isn't as daunting as it could have been.

I looked at inventory online, went to the dealership and purchased my new 2017 Traverse. Very easy process. All the staff are very attentive and helpful.

Fast, courteous service! We always use this facility as we bought the lifetime oil change service for our vehicles which we really like.

Had an issue with my wheels throwing weights. I had Jim check into it. He spent way more time than any tire place, dealership or any other place that would take your money would have spent. He found that my particular rims do not like any weights except for the ones that stick inside the rim. He also found that they do not like big weights because they hit the caliper. All in all, with what he had to work with, he did the best that he could. I do not like to let anyone else touch my vehicles, but I ran out of time. Jim communicated with me every detail, which was nice to hear it from the tech and not the manager that never laid hands on what was worked on. With the 5+ hours spent with trial and error to get my wheels & tires balanced, they still only charged me for balancing the wheels.
