Repairs were needed to the vehicle and they made all that the car needed. They delivered the car to my home so I didn't have to find a way to get it. Very happy with the service Wasilla Chevrolet gave me.

Dishonest Financing Department.
Dishonest Financing Department. This is my opinion about this dealer: Stay away from this dealer, it could cost you a lot of $$$$$. The finance guy added $977.00 ($849.00 interest) lifetime oil change to my loan without my knowledge; he made me go off my budget and increased my monthly payments. To be clear: the oil service was not offered to me or discussed with me at any time. After I got home with my new car, I read the paperwork and found out about the oil service charge. I immediately called the finance department and complained about it; they told me, in a very unfriendly tone, that they already submitted the paperwork to the bank and that I have to wait until the first bill to cancel to get a refund. I trusted this dealer very much; they have the Chevrolet brand behind them. I let my guard down because I was not buying any extra services, and I got scammed. Just think about it, this dealer added to a legal document without my approval, that should scare people with good matters/character/morals. I am submitting a complaint to the BBB, Chevrolet, and Lithia care; I encourage you to do the same if you have a problem with this dealer. These bad business practices should not happen to others. After I told a friend about this bad experience with Chevrolet Wasilla, he told me Lithia Chevrolet Wasilla screwed the transmission of his brand new truck. Apparently this dealer have a record. Superior customer service - awesome experience!
My experience with Chevrolet of Wasilla has been fantastic! I live in Anchorage, but saw a vehicle on their website that I wanted. One quick phone call got me to Brian M. and he was great to work with!! He was efficient, attentive, super nice and my husband and I really appreciate him! The finance guy (sorry, forgot his name!) was amazing and really worked with us too! The pre-owned vehicle we are buying had some sort of issue and the dealership is really taking care of us by installing a new transmission on a 9 year old vehicle! We really could not be happier with everyone we dealt with at Chevrolet of Wasilla! Thanks team! Lynn V.

Never answer the phone in the Service Department
I have called and left messages with the service department for two days and no response. Chevrolet has sent me two letters of recall in three days but no response on getting them fixed.

First time car buyer
I am a first time car buyer, and the whole ordeal was very easy. Brian was very professional but easy going and I never felt pressured or anything. He was straightforward with me and always made sure I didnt have questions. The financial guy (I cant think of his name) was also very organized, upfront, and polite!

Buying a Tahoe from Vance
Our family has purchased two vehicles from Chevrolet of Wasilla and both time have worked with Vance. He knows what hes taking about, he is upbeat and acts like he loves his job. The worst part of going in to to look at vehicles when your in the market is the salesmen or women who physically look like they are unhappy to be there. Vance always has a smile and is absolutely not a pushy person!! I would go back to him anytime although I love my new Tahoe and hopefully will not be purchasing for awhile!! But I would recommend him to everyone I know! Ask for Vance!! I actually stuck to Chevrolet of Wasilla because of Vance!

I hate drudge appointments
Matter of fact that's the number one reason I tend to put them off until the very last minute. But my appointment to repair my headlight and change my oil was actually a pleasure. Not only were the service employees highly qualified they were also courteous and quick. The amount of time I spent there was just enough to sit and relax for a bit, read my book and briefly visit with other customers. Then it was time to go.

Above the Rest, Simply the Best
Time to get a new truck- go online to find what I am looking for. 4 different dealers in 3 states.Nothing- send an email to Chevrolet of Wasilla.Within in minutes, I receive a response from Brian Maksin, salesman extraordinaire. Sadly, they did not have what I was looking for in stock,but he would keep his eyes open. I left work and headed home, 30 minutes away.Low and behold, Brian contacted me before I was home- a hauler was dropping 3 trucks right then..1 was pretty close to my wishes. He sent me specs and pics. Within 30 minutes, I had placed a down on truck. We did most everything via email and phone.When I went to see the truck, he stayed late and went thru everything, even though I missed a lot, as I was jumping up and down with happiness.(This new truck is "replacing" my 2004 Chev 1500 Quad steer, which I love with all my heart,and will use till I die) Delivery day came, Brian made sure he was there (it was his day off). He spent the next 30-40 minutes going thru the truck and her features with me, helping me hook up phone and setting key fobs to boot. He has even taken the time to check in with me,just to see if I need help and/or have questions about my truck. Another bonus? Being female, when car/truck shopping before, salesman seemed to want to show me the lighted mirrors in the visor and the cargo net, so my groceries don't fall, then say, your husband will understand the other things, have him call or come in...etc I really appreciated that Brian did not treat me like" the little woman with no brain" My concerns are more of towing capacity, can I haul 5-10 15 gal containers of fuel while towing a 22' boat, hook-ups, tie-downs etc. Overall, it was a GREAT experience, Brian is the bomb.. Bad thing? None, since it's not Chevrolet of Wasilla's fault that quadsteer has not come back.

2015 GMC Denali
I was looking for a newer GMC pickup. I spotted the 2015 GMC Denali in your Craigslist ad. I test drove it, was impressed with the condition of the vehicle even though it had 76,00 plus miles on it. I purchased it using my older pickup as a trade in. I am pleased with the sales person who worked with me to make the sale happen as well as the finance officer who did all the paperwork on the sale. Review of Chevrolet of Wasilla
The service department has always been friendly and very helpful. It's a pleasure doing business with them as they are knowledgeable. I have lifetime oil change on both of our vehicles that were purchased from this dealer. Very few repairs, although I have scheduled another service date to find out the cause of leaking coolant, which is under warranty. Other than that, I have purchase a set of tires for my Silverado and was very pleased with the cost and service. Thanks
