Good service. Principled handling of an issue.

I was very happy with the service that I received. I was a little disturbed, at first, when the service rep told me that the shop had found that the oil pan plug had been cross-threaded and the threads were stripped. He was going to charge me for the cost of the plug. When I told him that Kendall was the only shop who has ever worked on the truck, he said he would take care of it. The cost of the plug was certainly not that much and the shop time to drill out the oil pan and tap the hole was certainly the larger part of the cost, but I am happy that the shop stood on principle and took care of the entire cost. The rest of the service was uneventful and very thorough.

Great customer service

Jim kept me very updated while my truck was getting work done in the service department. It was much appreciated to be kept in the loop about what was happening with my truck!

Great staff

I called to set up an appointment to see my new mustang. When I got there I was greeted and shown the car right away. The staff was very helpful and definitely put in a lot of work to make the numbers work. Overall it was a very easy and quick process.

Professional service

Went great, but service department did not check my tire sensor. Everyone was very polite and professional. Really like the free oil change and check up at 5000 miles.

Routine vehicle service much improved

Much improved since the addition of the new service building. Both of our last services have been done earlier than expected.

A big bonus for the mechs and customers.

Enjoyed my experience with buying a new car, and I am very much so enjoying, the added room, seating and trunk space is great. Bruce Olmeim was the salesman I dealt with and his knowledge and straight forward attitude was a joy to deal with.
