2023 Ford Explorer

Great dealership, pleasant experience! My credit score seem to be fine, but my income to debt ratio was a little off, seems like everybody put in major effort to get me into my new vehicle!

2015 Dodge Durango

My experience went a little different than your ?normal? car deal would. I made arrangements to drive to Wasilla(about a 3.5 hour drive) to come test drive, and sign on my car. Upon getting there and testing it we found the audio and heated seats as described as working in the features section didn?t work. We let the sales guy know and he had it looked at. They told us we couldn?t sign today and that the car needed to be looked at further. After an entire month of back and forth calling for updates and everything in between the cars parts finally came in and things were fixed. Would I go through this again? No. Would I recommend that any reputable dealer perform their dudiligence and find these problems out before someone travels a long way to end up with nothing? Heck yea! All of this nightmare of a month of waiting could have not taken place at all.

Sean was a great salesperson that actually cares for his customers. Great atmosphere .prices are up this year so it was nice to be appreciated at this location. we actually bought two vehicles from him.

I had a very good experience at Kendall Ford, Wasilla. Tyler was fantastic. He answered all my questions, gave me excellent help with the vehicle's many features that I (not tech friendly) was puzzled by. Tyler was very attentive with follow up. The young man who helped me return my rental and take me to the credit union was helpful and pleasant. The woman in finance was great as well. Thank you all.

A new salesman who didn’t really “know” his product.

A new salesman who didn’t really “know” his product. Although it is a Ford dealership and I was purchasing a Chevy. Except for the prerequisite 4-6 hrs it took to finalize the transaction, most of which was simply waiting on anything and everything. The final transaction and paper signing went smoothly if not slowly. Some confusion over transfer of my vanity plates to the new vehicle but with proper nudging the process was completed.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Kendall in Wasilla. What an incredible dealership. Our sales rep James L. was, as always, a pleasure to work with. Smart, courteous, helpful and supportive. This is our 6th time over the past few years in working with him. I don’t think we would ever consider dealing with anyone else. And then we had the pleasure of meeting with Jessie D. from finance. The absolute best I have ever dealt with. This dealership is the gold standard of how a company should run. Anyone considering a car or truck purchase could not find a better place to start. Incredible staff

2022 Bronco

The reason I gave 4 stars on overall is because when I finally decided on the car I liked, I then had to wait over 2 weeks for it. It had a couple recalls that had to be taken care of. If the dealer has a car on the lot, it should be ready to go. The car still wasn't ready even though I was told 3 days before that it was. I had to wait over an hour and a half while it was detailed. I would like to say, finance was a breeze. I like the Bronco so far.
