WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. I WILL TRY TO MAKE THIS SHORT AND SWEET BUT ITS NOT SHORT AND WONT BE SWEET... LAST... WEEK OF JULY 2019, MY HUABAND AND I WENT TO LOOK FOR A TRUCK. HE HAD ORIGINALLY SEEN IT ON THEIR WEB PAGE. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE GREETED AND SHOWN THE TRUCK. MY HUSBND TOOK TO FOR A TEST DRIVE AND LIKED IT. IT WAS A EARLY 2000'S MODEL CHEVY SILVERADO. WE WANTED TO GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE IT BUT MY HUSBAND GOT UP THE TRUCK TO LOOK AND THERE WAS OIL LEAKING. THEY ASSURED US IT WAS NOTHING AND WOULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND FIXED. WHEN WE CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO SIGN PAPERS FOR THE TRUCK, WE WERE TOLD AT ARRIVAL THAT LOAN COMPANY WOULDNT GIVE US A LOAN WITH THE OLD OF A TRUCK. SO WE THOUGHT OKAY WHATEVER. (WE WERE FIRST TIME AUTO BUYERS..GUESS THEY REALIZED THAT) ...DAN THE "MANAGER" SAID HE FELT TERRIBLE THAT THE LOAN COMPANY DID THAT AT THE "LAST MIN" SO OFFER TO GIVE US A 2009 SILVERADO FOR THE SAME PRICE. WE AGREED AND DIDNT THINK ANYTHING OF IT....NOW I THINK HELLO!!! SKETCHY!!! THEY WERE TO FIX A FEW MINOR THINGS ON THE TRUCK AND WE RETURN A FEW DAYS LATER TO PICK THE TRUCK UP ANS SIGN PAPERS. THEY OFFER NO INSPECTIONS....AND TRUST ME THEY WONT PASS! BUT THEY DID OFF US AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH WE TOOK SINCE IT WAS A USED VEHICLE. THANK GOD WE DID... WE ALSO TRADED OUR OLD TRUCK AND GAVE CASH DOWN. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF HAVING THIS TRUCK THE MOTOR BLEW UP. 3 WEEKS!!! WE CALLED DAN, HE HAD IT TOWED AND TOLD US HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS ABOUT SEPT..ISH....MEANWHILE...HE SENT IT TO AN ENGINE SHOP "HE WORKS WITH" BUT BOUGHT THE MOTOR FROM SOME "OTHER" PLACE AND HAD THE SHOP INSTALL IT. WE DIDNT GET THE CAR BACK UNTIL DECEMBER! THEN I FOUND OUT THE "NEW" MOTOR WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A 12 MONTH WARRANTY BUT DAN APPARENTLY VOIDED THAT WHEN HE PURCHASED A MOTOR FROM JOE SCHMOE. WHICH THE MANAGER AT MOTOR SHOP TOLD HIM AND SUGGESTED HE DIDNT DO THAT. IT WASNT A GOOD IDEA. BUT HE DID ANYWAY....WHY BC HE GOT A CUT OF THE INSURANCE MONEY THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO TOWARDS THE MOTOR THE ACTUAL SHOP WANTED TO PUT IN. GREAT. NEXT AFTER WE GOT THE TRUCK BACK..BARELY 2 MONTHS LATER, THE TRUCK BREAKS DOWN YET AGAIN.. ALMOST CAUSING MY HUSBAND TO WRECK..HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED AND DAN WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH ME CALLING. ACTUALLY IM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK. WE GOT IT TOWED TO A LOCAL SHOP AND IT REQUIRES ANOTHER $4,000 WORTH OF WORK. THIS COMPANY IS SNEAKY, SELFISH, UNPROFESSIONAL, ETC, ETC, ETC. I WOULD NOT EVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. STAY THE F**k AWAY. IF THE OWN SEES THIS ID LIKE A CALL!!!!
Thought found good deal. 45 days in transmission went out. Burton and owner Dan gave us run around for 3 weeks. Lied to us and Austin Transmission. Used... car now cost me additional $5000’ BUYER BEWARE. Do not go there

Had a navigator advertised on Facebook for $12,300. Advertised same on car gurus for $11,990. I messaged them and corresponded with Jeff. This morning... I changed our plans at home to drive there (1hr away). After getting there and looking over the vehicle we settled on $11,500 for the vehicle. We shook hands and went inside where he made me sign a contract for the negotiated price. He left for a moment and came back with another sales person saying there was a mistake and they advertised the vehicle at too low of a price and couldn’t sell it to me. Then the manager came stating he would lose too much selling it to me for what they advertised it for. I’ve even tried to be fair and negotiate at 12,650 for the vehicle which is above their asking price originally. Still they won’t honor it. What a waste of a day. This company has no integrity. What a shame to waste someone’s day like this. Very poor business ethics.
This place, STEER CLEARRR!!!! I purchased a car from them a couple years ago. First of all when i first brought it the water pump went out. When i mentioned... this to them they said they would replace it BUT this was after i told them something else didnt work on the car that they had already SUPPOSEDLY fixed. I requested to have the parts and take to my own mechanic for fixing because i knew they would be getting old parts without warranty. I was told i could not do that. Fast forward, my alternator went out (it happens right?) I enrolled in this extended warranty for all MAJOR parts of the engine which i specifically told the salesman this. However, when the alternator went out he selected SEALS AND GASKETS to be covered NOT the other alternate choice which was THE ALTERNATOR. Who in their right mind would pick seals and gaskets over a alternator or air conditioning unit being covered I dont know!!! I thought i had got an amazing deal on a car BUT it turned out i got taken advantage of. I have a very nice looking car but when people ask me where i got it from i tell them YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW! I even removed the license plate cover that has their dealership on it. I will never step in their doorway again. I hope and pray no one close to me or someone i dont know would deal with them. Their low stars speaks for itself.

Went to this place looking for a used car that met my needs and was reliable. The salesman Joe Leigh was so very helpful telling me the pros and cons... of each vehicle I was looking at. The best part was there was no pressure which I am big on. I did not buy a vehicle there that day because he encouraged me to do a little more research because of how indecisive I was and he seemed genuinely looking for my best interest. As soon as I make my decision I will be back to make a purchase. Great experience and I learned a lot more than I thought I would.
