The staff was amazing. They were friendly and attentive. A wonderful experience. Phillip Chauncey went above and expectations. Him and my son got along very well they talked about cars he knew the ins and outs of the vehicle. He kept his word, he calls to check on me and makes sure the car is running fine. I have referred him and North End Motors to my friends. Professional honest and polite. Great car buying experience.

great dealership, nice people

Great car buying experience! Everyone here was extremely friendly and patient. My 5 year-old son also liked it because there is even a kids' room! Shayne was very knowledgeable about cars, and helped us to find the car that fits our needs. With Shayne's patient help, the whole process was easy and smooth. We are very pleased about our new car ? 7 year old, but looks like new, and drives great. I found a minor issue with one window before I drove home, and the manager immediately agreed to fix it for free. Really happy about this purchase. Thank you North End Motors, and also my special thanks to Shayne!

The BEST car buying experience in 52 years of shopping.

The title says it all My wife and I had the BEST car buying experience in over 52 years .Thank you, Carly Jean Poh. Carly showed my wife and me, on her computer, with the screen facing all of us, ALL of the vehicle history and information.Not a sales pitch...The BEST PRESENTATION ever. We requested that OUR mechanic check out the vehicle. That was OKed and the next day we signed the papers and took delivery of the vehicle. We are truly happy with our "new to us". mini van for our three grand daughters their 93 pound American Bull Mastiff. Thank you North End Motors and again a very special thanks to Carly. Awesome Experience! (Steve Cahill/Sales Assoc.)

My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey from North End Motors (specifically Steve Cahill), and we can?t imagine how the experience could have been better. We did an extensive search for a pre-owned Odyssey and visited numerous dealerships, including some of the much larger `name brand? Honda dealers around Boston and we found the best deal and the best service at North End. When we were doing a walk around of the vehicle, I casually pointed out to my wife some very minor dents (think rock dings) near the front wheel-well and Steve said, ?we will take care of that.? Honestly, I wasn?t expecting anything and was just merely pointing it out, so I was taken aback that they just offered to fix that without me even asking. It was above and beyond what I expected. The entire sales process was simple, Steve Cahill wasn?t pushy or aggressive at all and I would describe the entire experience as fun and enjoyable (not what you typically hear about regarding car purchases). We had our own financing through our credit union and they didn?t try to push their financing on us. I highly recommend North End Motors, more specifically Steve Cahill, if you?re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

Professional and friendly

Bernard Grodzinsky, the Customer Care guy was very professional, friendly and helpful. He knows his job very well and he was amazingly courteous. He even called me three days after I bought my car to find out how the car was running. This was great. Art King, the Accounts guy is a fine man and a professional. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

Great Car Buying Experience

Upon entering North End Motors. I was quickly greeted by Philip Chancey who made my first car buying experience easy and pain free. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about the cars and the dealership. I had done my research and knew what I was looking for before going so we did a test drive and things quickly progressed from there. I am very happy with the car Philip sold me and highly recommend him and North End Motors to anyone in the market for a car.
