Upon entering North End Motors. I was quickly greeted by Philip Chancey who made my first car buying experience easy and pain free. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about the cars and the dealership. I had done my research and knew what I was looking for before going so we did a test drive and things quickly progressed from there. I am very happy with the car Philip sold me and highly recommend him and North End Motors to anyone in the market for a car.

My experience with North End Motors was amazing. I had the privilege to work with an awesome sales person, Ryan Ploof. Ryan couldn't have been more friendly or informative, just outstanding service. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I was willing to pay, simple as that and Ryan made it work!!! Everything from the beginning to end was courteous and professional. Also Missy the (finance manager) was such a doll to work with. The TL is everything he said it would be!! If you are looking for a car, this is the place to go.

I recently bought a Chevy Equinox and I love it! I worked with Phillip and he was so great to work with. I test drove 3 different SUV's he was patient and very informative. Ryan is a well trained sales person. Kind and helpful even to the very green customers like me . Very friendly and professional. Gave me time to walk out and think , answered all questions about the honda and explained in lay mans language. Would recommend this dealership.

I just purchased a car at North End motors I am very pleased with the car I bought but I thought I should have gotten more for my trade and the deal was not as good as I wanted, but I was very impressed and very comfortable with the salesman he was very respectful and he did try to get me more but they would not budge. I had been looking for about 4 months when I finally came upon one at North End Motors. My husband and I decided to go to the dealership to check it out. Ryan Ploof came out to greet us. After looking at the car and test driving it, it was exactly what I had been searching for! We went inside and worked out the numbers, set up a payment plan and now I?m the proud owner of an exceptional car. Ryan did a fantastic job! I HAD BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON 7/17/2014 TO HAVE SOME REPAIR WORK DONE ON THE FRONT UNDER SIDE OF MY CAR. THE PLASTIC SHIELD THAT PROTECTS THE MOTOR UNDERNEATH HAD COME LOSE. HERADIO GONZALEZ WAS THE SERVICE ATTENDANT ON DUTY. I'M VISITING FROM FLORIDA AND HAD MY FAMILY WITH ME. I THOUGHT I WOULD BE WAITING ALL DAY WITH MY FAMILY AT THE DEALERSHIP TO FINALLY GET MY CAR FIX. MR GONZALEZ MADE ME FEELVERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. I DONT KNOW HOW HE DID IT, BUT HE HAD ME DONE WITHIN AN HOUR. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS FULL.I WAS PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY HE TREATED ME, BEING I WAS OUT OF STATE. MY HAT OFF TO MR. HERADIO GONZALEZ FOR AWESOME SERVICE.

On Friday I began what I thought would be a long process to find my next new to me vehicle. I found North End Motors on line and they had the car at the price I felt I wanted in stock. I then read the Customer Reviews of the dealership and was impressed with what I read. I went to the dealership and met Phillip who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We closed the deal within an hour. Sadia was delightful to work with and made the paperwork seamless.
