Steve Page was very professional and customer services...

Steve Page was very professional and customer services was great. However, working with others at the dealership to finalize the sale was a little unorganized. From incorrectly charging me a higher amount than my deposit to information being sent over to the credit union. Multiple missing information and had to call the dealership multiples times to get it right. I am sure if Steve was available this part of the process would have been much smoother.

Loved the choice of vehicles available, most of all loved the professional attitude of the salesman.Fast service,very accomodative. Steve went out of his way to find the right car for me and to help me with the financing. I strongly recomend it to anyone

I visited Northend to start my car search.My first impression was great, everyone was very friendly My sales representative James was great! Very helpful. I couldnt have asked for anyone more patient and professional. I liked that he listened to what I wanted and wasnt putting on the pressure like most usually do! I havent bought yet but I will definatley be revisiting Northend and working with James to find the right vehicle.

I went to North End Motors to car search. I worked with Steven Page, who was very helpful and informative when searching for a vehicle. He continuously went above and beyond to assist with car choice in my price range. I am still undecided on vehicle at this time but would recommend the dealership and sales representative to anyone.

Am currently working with Steve Page to help me find a used vehicle. He has been nothing short of patient and knowledgeable. He always has a friendly and helpful attitude and I honestly feel like is he is working FOR me to help me find what I am looking for. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very helpful with all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the car. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and this employee again. They were very friendly. They also had a great selection of cars.

Northend Motors was great from start to finish. Steve Page was my sales representative. Very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made sure I was happy with my decision to purchase from Northend. Patrick and Terry also were very helpful along the way. Top Notch service from top to bottom. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Northend Motors. I had the chance to meet the owner as well, and it shows that customer service is a high priority at this dealership. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Very refreshing to have someone you can trust.

Overall a good experience. Had some issues with pricing...

Overall a good experience. Had some issues with pricing regarding what I saw online vs dealer. The promotion was a bit misleading. Gordon who I worked with was great, upfront, and helpful. Terms didn't work out with this dealer, but I will look for them (specifically Gordon) the next time I'm shopping.

For being a first time car buyer it was a great...

For being a first time car buyer it was a great experience. We had exellent customer service. They were very attentive to our needs and tight budget. Steve understood what we wanted and we found our perfect match with the first car he showed us. Mark from finance and Steve really helped us with all the finance and paperwork and kept us updated with everything that was going on regarding insurance, banks, etc. I would definetly do business with them again in the future.

This dealership has great customer service! Upon arrival I walked around for a bit and noone attacked me to buy a vehicle and I was welcomed once I went inside. I went to see P.J. who I had been discussing a particular vehicle via e-mail. PJ explained to me that they work in teams and introduced me to Gordon who was going to take me on a test drive. He did and he was kind the entire time, he did not pretend he knew anything he didn't but was more than willing to look anything up for me! I liked his honesty and transparency in the transaction. I did not purchase the vehicle because it ended up costing more than expected. The price was reasonable, but more money than I wanted to spend on this particular vehicle and options. They do build a $1500 deposit into all of their online prices so any consumer needs to factor that into their prices. All things considered this is the best experience I have had at a dealership thanks to Gordon's outstanding customer service!
