North End Motors

We went to the dealership to buy a G37S Infiniti that was advertised on their web page. We had an appointment on Saturday morning and we arrived on time. The car was still in the showroom and we had few minutes until it was moved outside. Phil was assigned as the comapny's represantative to answer our questions and to make out visit friendly. Phil has gone beyond what one would expect from a sales person. He was very professional, friendly, easy going, knowledgeable about the car and was able to provide us with all the informaion we seeked. I would also say to be careful and read all the documents. The dealership found a better financing rate that I already had and was approved for at my credit union. What I was not told was that they signed me up with a third company, Equity 4 U, to withdraw funds out of my account and pay the lendger, at a cost afcourse, to be paid by me. I did not discover this until three weeks later, which I quickly cancelled. This was not explained to me by the finance person at the dealership. Becasue I live in CT, they even made the delivery to the city near where I live so that I would not have to drive back to the dealership. Pat, the gentelman that delivered the car, was very friendly and very helpful at the DMV during the exchange.

In my experience at North End, I walked away completely satisfied. Gordon H. was great and really made the experience pleasant. He wasn't overly pushy like some salesman can be, he really listened to my needs and was really knowledgeable. Anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free buying experience...ask for Gordon.

I just wanted to commend Dan Averbukh and PJ Guarino on the spectacular customer service they provided to me. I called to make an appoinment to buy a vehicle and PJ took my call...he was very friendly and set me up w/ an appointment promptly. He recommended me to Dan Averbukh to look at the vehicles I was interested in. Dan was a true professional the whole time and took his time explaining everything to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything and was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable w/ the car I was purchasing. I finally chose my car, a BMW 528 XI and he helped me finalize the sale very quickly. Thank you to both Dan and PJ for making my car buying experience awesome...good job guys!

We came to North End Motors to check out a Toyota Sienna mini-van. As soon as we arrived and were in the lot checking out the cars Mike came out to greet us and after a few minutes we were taking a test drive with him. He was very friendly on the test drive and did not pressure us at all. When we sat down to crunch the numbers and try to get to a price we could live with he was very helpful in advocating for us and we were able to get a good price. The financing went smoothly as well, and we were able to drive away that evening with our new vehicle. So far so good. I would definitely recommend North End Motors and am pleased that should I choose I can even get my vehicle serviced here as well. Thank you to all at North End Motors who helped us get our new mini-van :).

My experience at North End Motors was Great! Leandro Dan and Patrick took the time to find me a used car that was in my budget, affordable, reliable, and helped me build my credit as well. Even though I left unsure of what i was gonna do they were patient and assured me by being very detailed and thorough with the process that buying my 2002 volkswagen passat couldnt have been a better decision. I would recommend any body who is looking for a car to go visit North End Motors. Couldnt have chose a better dealership!

I went into North End Motors to look at a specific vehicle I saw online. The experience I had there was great. The sales person I dealt with was Gordon. He was very helpful in my search for a vehicle. I would recommend Gordon to anyone looking for a vehicle. Unfortunately I was unable to buy at this time.... But because of the way I was treated there.... I will definitely be going back when the time is right.

I taveled an hour to this dealership to get the car I wanted. I was pleased with their customer service focus and would recommend anyone to travel the same distance and further to get what you want. Truely a no pressure good expereince. Thanks Phil!
