Regular Service
Quick, efficient and didn’t try to sell additional services. Waiting area is clean and quiet with WiFi and workstations. Total time was just about an hour and all covered under car care package.

Chris Jackson will go above and beyond great customer service. My 19 year old daughter was buying her first car. We had just had a horrible experience at Steve Rayman, look at my review, and he took the time and explained everything. He and his manger worked a great deal for us and my daughter was thrilled. Honest and very respectful of your time.

Car repair
I like how April Moon handle my car issues. I appreciate her professionalism and great customer service that she provided. I definitely had a better experience on this visit. Compared to when I came in back in February when I was getting my transmission and screen fix. I wasn’t going to come back to this dealership do to the way I was treated, but I had to because this dealership did the first repairs with my screen and my screen had issues again. So I really thank Mrs April for her service.

EFFICIENT
QUICK SERVICE, CURTIOUS STAFF, WAITING ROOM IS VERY NICE AND THE CASHIER WAS TOO. I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A TOYOTA THEY WERE ABLE TO ORDER THE PART I NEEDED AND FIX IT WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

Alignment of Hyundai 2017 Tucson
Took my car in to have to aligned last week. Was there almost 2 hours (with an appointment). Left dealership and noticed car was still pulling to the left. Made another appointment this week. Had Service tech, Jamie, ride with me. He agreed that car was still pulling to the left. After putting the vehicle up on the rack, he noticed that because one tire was newer than the rest (more tread), it was causing the car to pull left. He rotated the new tire to the back right and fixed the problem. Jamie was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I am totally pleased with the service he provided.
