We were listened to.

We were listened to. From the moment we arrived the hostess was helpful. Our salesman Kyle went out of his way to treat us like family and try to find us the car we were looking for. No dicy saleman approach. Just knowledge of the changing landscape of the car industry. Highly recommend Klye.

I would like to preface this by stating that Sawyer's

I would like to preface this by stating that Sawyer's already had a negative reputation in my eyes due to a poor experience when purchasing a used truck from them several years ago. I had previously bought a car from "the Hawk" Greg Goodman, which was a horrible experience. As a result, I vowed not to return to the used car lot until he was no longer employed there. After some time, I decided to give Sawyer's another chance by scheduling a simple oil change. I pulled up to the service doors and followed the instructions on the door by honking my horn. However, the service managers merely looked at me from their desks without taking any action. I waited a few more minutes, but nothing happened. I then walked in and was initially ignored while standing at the service desk. Eventually, I received a lukewarm greeting with a "can I help you?" which, in my opinion, demonstrated poor customer service. I was informed that there would be a 30-minute wait, but I ended up waiting almost an hour. During this time, the service manager took the initiative to approach a handful of customers, explain their bills, and discuss any issues. However, the service manager never took the time to review my bill or speak with me directly. Instead, he simply handed my bill to the checkout attendant upon exiting the service garage. In my opinion, this lack of communication and attention to customer needs constitutes subpar customer service. As a result of this experience, I have once again vowed to never return to Sawyer's and will make a concerted effort to share my dissatisfaction with others, not only regarding my previous used car purchase but also my recent service experience.
