I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership, the pleasant car buying experience and phenomenal customer service. We visited this dealership after walking off the lot of another dealership that was trying to sell cars thousands of dollars above MSRP. We worked with Shawn Kountz and the first thing he said is “we don’t do that here.” We ended up buying a car that day from him. He worked with us as we waited for our credit union on the east coast to send a check for the vehicle. He took care of all of our needs and was an absolute joy to work with. The process went so well that we decided to buy a second car from him. He searched dealerships around the state to get the particular model, trim and color that I wanted. Given the low inventories, I wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to get the car that I wanted but he was relentless and found it and had it transferred for me. Since taking possession of the cars I have also worked with the service and parts departments and their commitment to their customers needs is equally superb. This is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with.

I wanted to purchase a car from Paul at Chapman VW but it turned out to be more painful than I could deal with. I ordered the car and one month later Paul told me one was in. I returned his phone call the same day and left a voicemail stating I wanted it and asked what I needed to do. Paul never returned my call so I called him again the next day and he acted like he didn't even care. He then told me they sold the car and once again he didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

We have nothing buy great things to say about our experiences with Travis and Chapman Volkswagen. Exchanged several emails with Travis concerning what we wanted to look for in a new VW and how we were going to trade in our existing VW that we had bought from Chapman VW and also our truck. Based upon the exchange of emails I knew the inventory of new VW's at Chapman was very limited, so I knew we wouldn't be looking at a lot of different options. However, when we met Travis yesterday morning for our appointment we were totally surprised with what VW's we looked at. While there were only one or two of the various SUV models in stock, we were shocked to see two Tiguan's with only two rows of seats. The price was right and the Tiguan was just what we wanted. Our decision was easy and the whole sale/trade-in process was very painless. Travis is a great salesperson who really cares about his customers and makes them feel so very comfortable in the car buying process. We highly recommend Chapman VW and also highly recommend Travis to be your salesperson the next time you want to buy a VW or other used vehicle.

When my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted by one of the friendly employees. We told him we were here to see Jesus. Jesus came over and said he was with another customer and passed us on to Travis. Travis was very professional and working with him was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Travis saved me my sanity! I came into Chapman Honda for a diagnostic on my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid that turned out to be a death sentence for the car. At first, I was lost but I was placed into Travis's care and I am incredibly thankful for it. He helped us in securing and purchasing a lovely 2016 Toyota Corolla.
