I had a wonderful salesman and this is the second vehicle that I have bought through. He had the service department go through the vehicle to make sure that it was safe, and so far its been great. Someone put the oil drain plug on with a impact! The worst part is rounded it off. I have some speciality socket for pulling that stuff off, but its on so tight that it is just taking chunks of metal off! I called and left a message for the manager of service to call me. Two days have gone buy and no call.
