Purchased a used vehicle. Best car purchase experience ever. Mike and Adam were wonderful. They really stand behind the vehicles they sell and were very cooperative. I have also used car repair services for years. Always very professional. I am a customer forever.

I was looking for a car for my wife and had been to a few other dealers. Nobody else made my car buying experience as comfortable as Bob and Mike. Those guys are great and they make it fun just to be around. Everyone at this dealer does their absolute best to make sure customers are satisfied. And they are very upfront with everything they sell. There are no crazy hidden fees or surprises when buying from this place. The service department at IAS is also great and they stand behind their cars. Had a cracked spark plug causing a misfire and these guys fixed it up quick and even gave us a loaner while they had the car. Michael and the service team was exceptionally accommodating. I love this place so much that I bought 2 cars from them 11 days apart. They earned my trust and business for a long time to come.

We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. We were not sure about purchasing out of state, but decided to look into a listing at Integrated Automotive Services. The best decision we made during our time shopping for this car. Mike and Bob were professional, very easy to work with and have a very impressive inventory on hand. We purchased our 528 from them and will purchase our next car there as well. Once we had a deal, paper work was completed in less than half an hour and we were on our way with an excellent car. Living in another state was not an issue, we received title in a week. Thanks again for the great service and car!

Our purchase/trade in didn’t end up working out but this was by far the friendliest, low pressure car shopping experience I have even had. They don’t give you the run around here. If opportunity comes up to work with them again, will definitely take it

Im writing a review through my friends account. But I recently went through several (about 8 different dealerships, both larger and smaller) in the attemlt to shop for a Lexus rx350...Hopefully in good condition and at a good price. Well about a month ago i saw on cargurus a beautiful rx350 2015, at 39k miles. 30+ Days later my adventures of nj, ny, philadelphia, harrisburg,etc... = Rebuilds, rebuilt titles, sloppy rebuilds, weak customer service, not so experienced or not so well trained sales reps, scamming dishonest sales attempts, failure upon test drive or in person visit. I insisted on doing all of this, because even though IAS had a beautiful vehicle, i thought the grass could be greener on the other side. *Note= IAS was 5 min drive down the hill from my residence. Wowwww, ...Lessons reviewed and lessons learned. Not so simple! 1. If you are in the market shopping for high end import or luxury, go buy a new vehicle and you'll be set. At full price. 2. If you want a high quality pre owned of the import type such as, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, higher end vehicles but of a sure certainty of quality reconditioning and maintenance work within the Lehigh Valley? Just cut to the chase go check out IAS in Easton. :) That simple! Its a smaller lot but with good vehicles, no clunkers or frauds.

I had an excellent experience here, although my car purchase did not work out. Mike is a gentleman and a professional, I highly recommend anyone looking for a used car check out their inventory. Not only is the sales staff great, they ensure the cars are in excellent shape both mechanically and cosmetically before offering them for sale.

I am tired of going through the usual dealer grinder when trying to buy a car. I found what I was looking for at Integrated Automotive Service and the buying process was refreshingly different. No hassles at all. The real difference shows when something doesn't go quite right and that happened when the check engine light came on in the 2008 GMC Yukon Denali I had just bought from them the very next day. I thought to myself "Oh boy, here it comes". But that wasn't the case at all as a call to Mike the salesman was all it took. The car went back and was completely taken care of without any problems. Like I said no hassles. It was a great experience and very different from the usual wringer that is a regular dealership. I find it very easy to recommend this business to anyone needing a good used car.

Truly a gem located in the Lehigh valley of PA. I walked into this dealership with little expectation and they completely blew it out of the park with their customer service and genuine goals of putting the customer first. Very friendly and they treat you like family which is very rare in the car business. They are people of there words and foster trust amongst coworkers and customers. They have a unique selection of vehicles that cater to everybody sonthere is something for somebody. They are not pushy and advise you on getting the best bang for your buck. I would definitely do business with them again and I am proud to be a client of the IAS organization.

Mike helped me yesterday with the car buying process. He was friendly, honest, informative, and provided spectacular customer service. They work with you to the best of there abillities and are extremely patient. Recommend New and old buyers to come to this location for reliable services.

I bought my used Volvo S60 in 2008 at IAS and it's still going strong. I've visited other repair shops and never receive the quality of service that IAS offers. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience and continue to be happy with the service and repairs I have done there. Most recently during a repair, I got locked out of the loaner vehicle the allowed me to use while my car was in the shop. They immediately send one of their servicemen over to my home and helped me get back into the vehicle. The fact that they are willing to go above and beyond is what keeps me coming back!
