Wonderful Purchase Experience

We met with Wyatt and he could not have been more accommodating or cordial from our initial meeting until we took possession of the new vehicle. I would absolutely go to him in the future for another purchase and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Great dealership with great people all around!

I had a great experience at the dealership. Patty was very great in working with me to find a second car and answered all my questions and eased my concerns. She truly treated me with excellent customer service throughout the whole process and even picked me up in my car the next day since I did not have a ride. She was the sole reason I decided to sign the lease so quickly.

Great Service at Graff Chevrolet in Okemos

Service writer (Tom) was awesome. Greeted me with a smile, Took the time to listen to my description of problem and made sure I had all questions or concerns documented. Service Technician was able to diagnose and correct the "buzz" noise I was hearing. Car was returned to me fairly quickly, as clean as it was when I came in. Customer waiting room is awesome. Plenty of room. The popcorn is great. Graff has a great sales team, led by a great sales manager (Mark). My wife and I have bought four vehicles from Graff and plan on buying two new cars this year.

Good Customer Service Defined by Graff Chevrolet

I have always enjoyed great customer service from the dealership, but this time was even more evident. I called at 7:30 on Monday morning, desperately needing to get my car in for service after the check engine light came on over the weekend and I could hear a fan running too loudly. Having a funeral for my grandmother the following day (and lots of running around/planning that day), I could not be without a working vehicle. Tom Vlassis took my call and within an hour I was at the dealership and driving off in a rental/loaner for as long as it would have taken them to diagnose and fix the issue. They were able to do both the same day, as well as complete an oil change which I requested (since I was only a week or two away from needing it). By 6pm the same day, I was back at the dealership to pick up my car, and all repairs were covered under the extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the car 4+ years ago. My only charge was for the oil change. Tom and the rest of the friendly staff made my life so much easier with their wonderful customer service after a very long and stressful week. I am so very grateful and will surely continue to recommend Graff Chevrolet to family and friends for their new/used car buying or service needs.

Complete. low cost service.

Complete, low cost service. I like the fact that the dealership's computer keeps track of service performed previously so proper recommendations can be made. I also enjoy seeing the new Chev's and being greeted by excellent sales reps.

Stress free tire repair

Flat tire, busy day, tried partially unsuccessfully to repair at home, daelership picked up my car at work, repaired it fully and returned it to me free of charge (again) before my shift over and did so with kindness respect and efficiency -- who wouldn't want to have an ally like that in your corner on a crazy day!
