The servicewoman, I believe her name was Molly, was absolutely fantastic!! This is the first time I have ever been offered a car wash with my service. She was beyond wonderful and was always smiling!

Nice to work With

Easy to make a deal with same day and pickup tomorrow. Great selection and the new Wrangler is a great product for the daily driver of weekend warrior.

Pay attention to contract details.

This slippery fellow tried to slip a $3000 maintenance contract by me without my approval (I’ve been told this is illegal). Luckily I caught it and he made up some lame excuse about he has nothing to do with purchasing maintenance contracts. Really? First time I’ve bought a car and that’s the case. Just be sure to review all the numbers and question how any of them were determined before signing anything.

2014 JKU

A great deal on a 2020 Wrangler Sahara

This is the 3rd Jeep we purchased from St.Charles Jeep. Customer Service is always, as expected, exceptional. Our Sales Person, Jose, did everything in his power to provide us with the exact vehicle we were looking for. We ended up ordering a brand new 2020 Wrangler and we couldn't be happier with the decision. At no point did we feel pressured into this sale. Sam, the dealership's General Manager was very professional and gave us a very good deal. Five Stars all around.

Definitely go elsewhere!

Steer clear, bait and switch tactics used here! Advertised one price on Cars.com, came in to look at that vehicle and as soon as we started talking numbers we noticed they had ADDED $2600 for “Dodge Certification.” We questioned why they added that when the price online did not reflect that; their response, “it’s separate from the purchase price of the vehicle.” It’s not, though, you have to pay for that certification if you want the vehicle…classic bait and switch. They showed us the price for all the “work” they had done on it and the prices they were showing for the work was absolutely astronomical – many times higher than it should be, all to make it look like they had invested so much into the vehicle. Icing on the cake was the lowball offer they offered on our trade, no one goes into a dealership expecting top dollar for a trade, but you should expect a fair deal, not here. Needless to say, we left extremely disappointed in their deceptive tactics, outrageous charges and less than fair trade valuation. Fortunately, we went to a Dodge dealership in Elmhurst, IL that was absolutely FANTASTIC – excellent car prices (no throwing in extra costs once you got there), fair trade-in value and wonderful experience.
