Keith was very helpful in finding me he right car. Very friendly and easy to work with. I had a difficult situation with my financing and between Keith, Bronco, and David they made me feel at ease and comfortable with he car I chose. I have been looking for awhile now and I had an experience at another dealership that was totally humiliating. Keith listened and understood my issues and did not make me feel bad. My overall experience at the dealership was very positive. Lazaro was very helpful from the start all the way to the end. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond with many of our requests to ensure that we were satisfied with our new vehicle. I usually despise car dealership experiences (especially dislike the traditional high-pressure car salesmen), but Lazaro (and the overall Eastside Nissan dealership experience) was quite the opposite (it feels like you guys understand the new generation of folks and how they want to be treated). Good job!

I came to Nissan of the Eastside to get a New Lease on a Nissan Altima. As mine was soon to expire I wanted to take advantage of Nissan's Financial's Special that paid for my last 3 months of a previous lease if I started a new lease. I contacted Jose Delgado over a week ago to let him know my intentions. During the past month our home was flooded and I explained to Mr Delgado that my schedule was very "crazy" due to this factor so he contacted me at multiple times at my request to setup an appointment. I was not able to setup an appointment with him due to my schedule but yesterday as I was running an errand to get some of the flooded items in our home appraised, I decided to drop by Nissan of the Eastside without an appointment. Mr. Delgado listened exactly to what I wanted, a new Altima lease as close to my previous lease as possible. He took me to see the 2013 models and showed me the improvements between my 1010 model and 2013. He then explained the different packages the 2013 model came in. I really appreciated that he really listened to the features I wanted and explained which car would have them, and I never felt he was trying to up-sell me on some feature that I did not want. In the end the only feature I didn't get that I wanted was a moon roof and that was purely a financial decision on my part. One thing he did that i particularly appreciated was that, I had concerns over some scratches received from other cars during last years snow. As the cars had put scratches on mine and never left me their contact info, I was left holding the bag. I did't know if they would be covered under normal wear and tear or if they were more substantial than that. While we ere running the finance numbers on the new lease Mr. Delgado got someone to do a walk through of my previous lease. Last time I came in my sales representative Kate said they couldn't do a walkthrough for 2 - 3 days, so I was very pleased that Mr. Delgado got it done right away. For me it was a want and not a need and with saving I got financially, I am very happy with the car I chose. During my time in the Financial office with Mr. Branko (can't remember his last name, sorry) helped through the process while Mr. Delgado made sure my new lease was being detailed. Mr. Branko helped me decide on my additional options, "Paint Sealant & interior prottection, as well as additional warranty I felt he helped me pick the best package for my future plans without trying to upsell mr on anything. I really appreciate when salesman listen and don't try to upscale on items i don't want. All of Nissan of the Eastside employee's that helped me yesterday, I felt tried to find the option / package that bet fit what I was looking for and while they did explain (at my request) the higher options / packages, I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want or was uncomfortable with. While i was in the financial office, Mr, James Kalie who had done my financial paper work on my previous lease made a point of stopping in and saying hello even though he is now working in a different office as New Car Director. During that time a had a few questions for my salesman, Mr Delgado, but as he was busy over seeing the detailing Mr. Kalie used his time to check and answer my questions instead of making me wait for Mr. Delgado which I really appreciated. I believe when we first just looking at price break downs only for the car I wanted Mr. Delgado was working with Mr. Kalie to put together pricing plans for me. They gave me the exact two price plans I would have asked for without my having to do so. I assume this is because Mr. Kalie remembered my last visit and how I asked for the breakdowns to be presented. I really appreciated the efforts that went into that and the overall time it saved. I had honestly expected to just get some info on a new lease and have to come back at a later date to choose a new car due to the time constraints I was under and the fact I arrived at 12pm with

I found a great deal online and they had the car basically ready for me when I showed up. I loved the Juke and was glad to get rid of my old car before something else fell off or broke. They gave me a decent value for it as well and I couldnt be happier with everything!
