Liz was wonderful to work with as well, and made our buying process stress free and easy. I will from here on out refer family and friends to this dealership!

We were referred by friends. I looked online and found three potential vehicles, one clearly at the top of the list. I called to learn more about how they do business. Tim took my call. He was personable and friendly while answering all my questions. He asked just enough questions get a feel for what we were hoping to find. I felt comfortable with him so set up an appointment for the next day. When we arrived the car I was interested in was already waiting for a test drive. Tim met with us to verify this car would meet our requirements. He then sat with us inside the car to explain the display features before letting us take it for a test drive. We were satisfied and upon our return said we'd like to purchase the vehicle. Tim talked with Kerby who ran initial numbers to see if this car would stay in our payment range. Kerby was up front and told us what to expect with financing. Such honesty is refreshing. Tim then brought in Jake for the financing details and final paperwork. Jake carefully explained options which would determine our final monthly payments. He was informative, thorough and patient while answering questions. He genuinely wanted to make sure we understood what we were signing. Through it all Tim was nearby to walk with us every step of the way. We can honestly say we were both comfortable with the process. Tim, Kerby and Jake work well as a team making this process seamless and smooth. We felt no pressure; indeed we felt all involved were sincerely focused on our needs, wanting to make sure we were comfortable going forward with the purchase. All in all we had a great experience. Everyone we worked with was personable, friendly. There was much laughter, many smiles and good conversation while waiting for paperwork to come through. truck was priced great compared to other dealers, that is why i drove 1.5 hours to see this used truck. will be watching for a deal at this dealer in the future

This is a great place to buy a car. I just bought a new Jeep Cherokee 80th anniversary edition and I love the vehicle. The salesman, Mark Christopherson, was excellent, as was the finance person, Liz. Great new car buying experience. I have been getting service for my previous vehicle (Dodge Avenger) for years, and the service department is also excellent. Dave in service retired, but was great, and Robyn and Brandon and another person whose name I do not recall are always excellent and provide great service, so I expect service will be great on my new Jeep, as well. Highly recommended for sales and service.
