It the best dealer I get for my car other dealer told me

It the best dealer I get for my car other dealer told me they can’t loose the drain pan plug(bolt) I hope 14” but Gwinnett Nissan they did good job plus not hide anything everything is on the paper what ever service determined by customer they don’t pressure you it is on the app from start to finish just check your phone what the text is I like this place

Not customer customer-friendly dealership.

Not customer customer-friendly dealership. You walk in, and nobody will talk to you. Nobody helped you guide your towed car to the position. Very difficult to reach your service advisor while waiting, and at the final pick-up, you'd be charged 3% credit card service fees, which should be disclosed beforehand. When the repair cost is high, the fees will not be small.
