Very friendly staff (Adam) who helped me get into a vehicle the same day! They worked through some numbers to make my vehicle affordable for me since my credit score was a little rough and I didn't have a down-payment. I appreciate them very much. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased through them as well.

My experience was Awful . I took an appointment for Toyota Highlander XLE 2021 and was told that car is available after the test drive and while inspecting the car I found that the rear bumper was damaged and the there was cracks in the inner lining . Once i found these issues I was told car was already sold a day before. I would not recommend this dealership.

Requested two appointments to see a used 2013 kia soul, both online never got a call so scheduled a time online, showed up to the location listed , they have no idea about the appointment and the car isn't at the location no help offered .call the other location schedule a time for the next day, show up they again have no idea about the appointment even though I talked with them on the phone and they sold the car earlier that day and didn't lmk. Didn't even offer to show me other vehicles. I was looking for a work runner , and browsing for future new . They will not be getting our buisness used or new.

My Salesman was professional yet caring and also focused on my needs. The only thing Icdo not like is the policy they have where you have to leave a "holding check". I paid half down. I felt stressed about my funds arriving late and a check bouncing. The policy is ridiculous. How many people in their later 60's like me have over $11,000 sitting in their checking account on a daily basis? DeMarco Owens my Rep did a great job.
