Emailed the dealer about a specific car listed online. Barry responded quickly, and we set up an appointment for the next day. Barry was very friendly and we chatted about the car and found that we had a mutual friend. He and Paul from finance worked with me to get my payments into the range I was looking at. The price on the car was very good to begin with--Barry explained that they price their cars to market price (actual sales prices), rather than blue book price (list prices). They worked with me well past closing that night to try to get me in the car that night, but the underwriter at the bank was having computer problems. We finished up the next day, and I took the car home the day after that. Barry was very excited for me, which I appreciated, and promised to check in in a couple of days to see how I was liking the car. I noticed that one of my headlights was out--how we all missed this, I'll never know--and sent an email to Barry. He responded quickly and set me up an appointment to have it fixed. I received a confirmation email from the service department right after that, as well. I also received an email to set up an online service account, which keeps track of my vehicles and any services done at the dealership, AND allows you to put in a service request. I'm very happy with the awesome service I received and am still receiving!

We were greeted by Sara soon after we arrived. She was very professional, even under the severe weather conditions we were facing that day. {{Snow, wind and freezing tempatures}} She stayed late to finish the purchase and we appreciated that! {{almost 2 hours after closing time}} Thank you Sara!!! Now for Ray........he made us laugh. He had a great attitude. We joked around and he made the finance part enjoyable rather than dreadful. Thanks Ray!!! We have purchased our last 7 vehicles from another dealership down the road and we were on our way to their Chevrolet dealer in South Haven when we decided to just quick stop by your lot and check it out....we have now found our new dealership. I purchased a used 2009 Chevy Malibu LT this week from DeNooyer. This was my first purchase from this dealer, but they were referenced to my wife and I from a two different friends of ours that have purchased vehicles from DeNooyer in the past. Both of our friends said that they were a "No pressure" dealer and that they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire sale process. I was a little skeptical at first, as most dealers like to pressure you into buying the car at an unaffordable payment once they know you like the car. However, my wife and I worked with Barry Mitchell in sales and Ryan DeNooyer in financing, and both were extremely laid back and made the entire process one that I would do again in a heartbeat. I fully recommend DeNooyer to anyone looking to buy a car. Not only are the salesmen nice, but they go above and beyond and introduce you to the entire DeNooyer "family" while you are there (Service, etc.) You'll feel at home with DeNooyer. A day after the purchase, I noticed it seemed like the car needed an alignment. Barry told me to bring it on in at no charge to me and that they would take care of it! I would definitely buy from DeNooyer again in the future!

I was very impressed with the service and attention I...

I was very impressed with the service and attention I received from all the sales associates at DeNooyers Chevrolet. There was no high pressure pitches while I browsed the showroom but I was offered assistance by more than one person. The vehicle I was showed by Cory Johnson sold itself and from there the whole transaction was seemless. He explained everything to me about the car I purchased, handled quickly all the paperwork, took care of every detail. It was very easy, no problems, no hassles. I especially liked the deal DeNooyers offers with free tires for the life of my car if I take it there for routine oil changes. I have already recommended DeNooyers to a few people and will continue to do so. Thank you, Barbara Olson

Going to Denooyer was a very relaxing way to shop for a new car. The whole process still comes with its stressors, but the sales team at Denooyer made it as smooth as possible. I felt very informed on my choices and Barry had even mentioned two discounts I didn't even know about---the credit union discount and the GM Owner Loyalty Rebate. Plus, free tires for life?! Could it get any better? Hint: The answer is "no".

I was hellped by Barry. Which was a great experience to be honest. I was never pressured into trying to buy any cehicle and I was never made to think i didn't have a choice. I have taken my car back for a little issue, but they took care of it for me.They asked no questions and gave me transportation for the meanwhile. They are really great guys and gales to work with. I have done a lot of research and try to deal with alot of peeple. But I have found that Denooyer is one of the top one. I would say that I will be a loyal customer with them for awhile. Sara was so helpful to me. She was very personal and compassionate. She found me a wonderful 2007 Chevy Malibu LS that I absolutely fell in love with at first site. She made buying a car so exciting for me.

For a great car shop at DeNooyer

I just bought a 1999 GMC Jimmy my sales person was Todd Niedzwiecki he treated me better that any car dealer has. He is the best.
