I called Todd and told him what I was looking for. He found my 2008 Outlook with the mileage right in the range I asked for at the price I was willing to pay. Everything went so smoothly. I had my new car in less than two weeks. I love my new(er) car and will always go to Todd in the future!!!

We were looking for a good, cheap used car for my grandson and Todd Niedziecki at Denooyer found the perfect car for him. Having gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle twice in very close proximity, I can honestly say this was the by far the best experience I've had. The service was as efficient as it was friendly. The staff (specifically Barry Mitchell) were respectful, approachable, honest, and helpful. The price was promptly and fairly renegotiated according to repairs the vehicle required. The oil was changed, the tank was full, the floor mats were brand new, and there was even a congratulation note on the dashboard. Oh, and it came with free car washes for a year, that was pretty cool too. I would and will recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet whenever I have the chance. Excellent service, fair price, friendly staff and a genuinely stress-free, even pleasant experience.

The staff at DeNooyer are very honest, friendly, and caring people. There was no pressure to buy a car. I was given many options and honest knowledge regarding each one. I recently purchased a new 2012 Chevrolet Malibu from Denooyer. This is my 2nd purchase from Denooyer over the past 3 years (repeat customer). Both times I've worked with Barry Mitchell. My first purchase was an internet based sale in 2009. This was a great experience, as Barry honored an awesome internet priced deal, as well as an awesome price for my trade in. I also had a great experience with my recent purchase. Barry was extremely happy to get the repeat business, and it was well deserved. There was no pressure, or rushing the deal. I felt very comfortable, and was able to connect easily with both Barry, as well as Ryan Denooyer, who I did the final financial paperwork with. Again through that process there were no surprises, or hurriedness. Ryan made sure that I understood everything that I signed, as well as a thorough explanation of everything. Great overall experience.

We've recently purchased two new vehicles in the West Michigan area with one of the purchases at Nenooyer Chevrolet while our other purchase was an Enclave at the local Buick dealer. This put us in an excellent position to gauge the overall sales/purchase experience between the two dealers and while the Buick dealer did a fine job of meeting our needs with one or two exceptions, Denooyer, with no exceptions, exceeded our requirements! A large part of this can be attributed to our sales person, Lindsey Wood who from beginning to end was attentive, professional and fully answered all of our questions. Her willingness to look inside our son's trade-in vehicle for a needed document without resorting to wearing a bio-hazard suit was duty above and beyond the call! I'm not kidding folks, it was that bad! My Father has been a GM employee for over 35 years and we stick by our FAMILY BRAND of Chevrolet, and Richard has always been very helpful with meeting our needs when it comes to buying Chevy vehicles. We are also a Military family and our needs are a little different then a lot of other families and he has always been extremely helpful and understanding. He always calls us back within a reasonable amount of time and even stays after they close to help customers and return phone calls and emails!
