Chris was extremely helpful, evaluating comparing models and years for me. He spent a decent amount of time showing me the options in comparison, answering my questions and treating me on the car itself so I could feel comfortable driving and operating. Also made it feel like I could stop back anytime I needed any assistance with any of the amazing software in the Bz. Jon who process the financial paperwork, was very efficient and explained all the paperwork excellently. Everyone I met with with in the dealership. we’re friendly and courteous. They made a somewhat stressful decision making process much easier..

We had a great experience and thankfully we had a much better experience with Alex then we had 11 years ago with another sales person who now retired. And we bought 3 Toyota cars from Sunshine Toyota but now we will go to Metro Toyota with habing had a much better experience.
