Ken was super friendly and helpful in dicussing different cars to meet our needs. He didn't try any high pressure sales tactics. The speed at which they processed the sale once we made a decison was amazing. It took us more time to get the stuff clearn out from our old car than it did to complete all the paperwork. I'm pretty sure we're sold on Toyotas for life!

This was the 3 rd car I had Purchased from Metro Toyota over the years.I was disappointed in the quality of the car and realized this the next day after I took delivery of the car.First the Windshield has a scratch on the drivers side 8 inches long.Second the top of trunk has a section 2 x 2 inches that needs to be refinished.Third The center counsel is lose as if it going to fall apart.Fourth the drivers side passenger back door seal is torn and needs replacement.Fifth driving down the road the cars sounds like I am driving in a wind tunnel.Sixth one of the Key FOB is broken and needs replacement. As a Certified 2007 car I was expecting not to find these issues.I had bought 3 previous cars from Metro and not had a problem until this one.I regret buying this car now.I paid good money and have to put money into the car right after I bought it.Had I known all of this before hand I would have never purchased this car.

My experience was pretty good; my boyfriend recommended Tedd & Metro Toyota because thats where he bought his car and he knew that if I were to speak with Tedd he would provide really great customer service and not be a typical used car salesman. Tedd let me test drive numerous cars and once I finally picked the 'one' he worked with me on getting the price to something i could afford. Highly recommended. One caveat would be that their "referral" program has some small print about referrals in the same household not counting... so my boyfriend missed out on that... even though the only reason I even went to Metro Toyota and saw Tedd was because of his recommendation.

Tedd was very polite and not pushy at all. He allowed me to look at many different vehicles and answered all my questions. I wasn't planning on buying another car yet but the deal was too good to pass up. Certified Toyota plus 2.9% equals deal. My Avalon is a dream to drive and my wife loves it, so that's what matters to me the most. Thanks Tedd!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Metro Toyota with Jordan Simpson. It is always a no pressure type business transaction when working with Jordan.
