Mr, K. showed us a car that wasn't even out of the service area yet because it fit our price and feature criteria. The price was right, even better for the make then we thought it might be. Even on such a cold day he didn't hold back going the extra mile for us. The sale was quick, and convienent for us, and because we wanted a special interest rate that our bank was offering he arranged it so that we were able to get that rate. We really appreciated the fast service. The car was the same high quality that we have come to expect from Toyota,and the sales and financial people were professional and knowledgeable. The sales experience was effortless for the most part for...

The sales experience was effortless for the most part for us. I was very happy there wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating. I believe both parties came out of the deal with a win win. This is our second vehicle through this dealership and Ken Karakula and we have been very pleased with both experiences. This second instance involved us stepping it up a little from a purchase price perspective and Ken made the process easy to understand and we felt good after signing off. We will be going back to Ken and the dealership once we are ready for the Toyota Tundra Double Cab purchase in a few years. Thanks, The Broeckel Family of Michigan

We recently purchased a used '06 Sienna from Metro...

We recently purchased a used '06 Sienna from Metro Toyota. Let me just say that our experience with this dealership and sales person was far and beyond what we have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Our sales person, Ken Karakula, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. At no time did Ken ever give us the 'high pressure treatment' to get us to buy. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire purchase experience. Brendon Zabavski was our finance person and once again, that experience blew the competition away as well. Brendon took the time to walk us through every detail and gave us the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the financing decision we ultimately made. I would recommend Metro Toyota and Ken to anyone looking to buy a car. Other dealerships just don't compare and while I have not yet had the chance to utlize the service department, I hear from others I know that Metro Toyota is the best of the best. Give them a call, they'll treat you right, and make you feel comfortable that you are purchasing a great car from a great company....and you will be!

Salesperson Dean Kopel phoned me to say that I could take advantage of a special promotion regarding my leased Toyota. My current contract would conclude in a few months. I visited Metro the next day and walked out having signed up for a new lease on a brand new car. My experience was easy and pleasant from beginning to end. We have purchased 5 Camry's from Metro Toyota. Some new, some used, but all have served us well. The staff there is very helpful. Many times while I am leaving a message, they are returning my call. When I get my oil changed, they do a thorough inspection of my car and let me know of other things that need to be done and how urgent they need to be done, or if they can wait. This would be helpful for someone on a limited budget. I wish I had done business with them in college!

After buying/leasing numerous cars over the last 45 years, I feel that this was the single most positive experience I have had. I worked with the Toyota sales rep, Hugh Darwiche. He came across as very friendly, helpful, and honest. When I walked into Toyota, I had no intention to buy, and planned to look at numerous alternatives over several months. However, after my wife and I spent some time with Hugh, I quickly concluded that a new 2011 Toyota Avalon was the perfect fit for me. Hugh was a pleasure to work with prior to, during, and after the purchase. I am particularly appreciative of his assistance with the navigation system technology. This stuff can drive me nuts, but with Hugh's help, it all came together, and I am extremely pleased with the total product. I sense that Hugh is a special person, a truly nice guy. I'm sure he'll keep coming back to Toyota.

Very happy with the sales representative who sold me two...

Very happy with the sales representative who sold me two cars. Very knowledgable and helpful in answering all concerns and helping make the deal go through without any significant difficulties. Would highly recommend dealing with this gentleman if one would go to this dealership for buying a new car. First time with this dealership and no service yet performed on either car since I just bought them. So far they appear to be very upright and honest in dealing with me.

Smooth seamless transaction. First Toyota purchased. There were no gimmicks or price changes.I wanted an OUT THE DOOR price within my range and I drove away satisfied. It was great to have a positive car buying experience....

It was great to have a positive car buying experience. Ted was helpful, friendly, and best of all - not pushy. The only 4 he got was on pricing - only because I feel vehicles are overpriced in general and is no reflection on Ted. I would recommend Ted at Metro to any of my friends/family who are looking for a vehicle.

Very happy with the experience. Came from Louisianna to buy my new Rav4. Don Leitow went way beyond to help me out. He came up to the Grand Rapids airport to pick me up and bring me to pick up my new Rav4. The car was as described on the internet. Was very happy with it. There was a few minor scratches on it. Don took care of it for me. Will buy another vechile from them. Thanks for the great experience buying my new vehicle from Metro Toyota. Katherine
