My new Honda CR-V EXL

My experience in purchasing my new CR-V was an awesome experience. We have never had a bad experience at Battle Creek Honda, but Chad Rose, our salesman was exceptional. I am not usually involved in the process when we buy cars, but this time it was my preference and my decision. Chad was so helpful and kind. At no time did he pressure us, try to change my mind or seem indifferent. He listened to what I wanted and then produced my dream car. I love my new CR-V E-XL and Chad was a large part of that. He explained the new features and walked me through the new technology with patience. I would (and already have) recommend Chad and Battle Creek Honda to others. I look forward to bringing my car in for oil changes and service (as I have with my previous CR-v's) and will certainly continue to be a loyal Honda owner. Great Service

The manager, John, in the service department at Battle Creek Honda is excellent. I have dealt with him before and he is always very helpful. But even more than that he is always very honest and I know I can trust that he is giving me the best advice for my vehicle. He explains everything to me in a friendly manner that never feels demeaning. I can highly recommend Battle Creek Honda as a place to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced. New Vehicle Purchase

This is our third new vehicle purchase at Battle Creek Honda over the last 14 years (2 Odyssey's and 1 CR-V). We keep returning because the buying experience is so postive, and the vehicles are so well made. The sales personnel is very professional . . . no game playing or cheap sales tactics. They give you a fair price on the vehicle right from start, so you don't have to haggle or feel like you're being cheated. The vehicle is delivered in very clean condition with a full tank of gas--yeah! Can't say enough good about the buying experiences here!

Honda Odyssey

Ben Snyder did a very good job with us, We are very pleased with the Odyssey at this point. Haven't had any service yet so unable to rate that aspect yet.

Fit me in on short notice for repair

Fit Me in on short notice - I had trouble getting a ball joint out of a steering knuckle so I called the dealership and asked if they could remove / replace for me. It was the day prior to a holiday and the service writer was very pleasant and coordinated this with his techs so they could fit me in on very short notice. I took the steering knuckle with the old ball joint (along with a new replacement part) into them and within 45 minutes they had the old ball joint removed and the new ball joint in and I was on my way. John Ernsberger was also very helpful and was able to provide me with all the torque specs necessary to reinstall everything on the front end of my car's suspension. Thanks again for a job well done.
