I went in looking at a Traverse, did a test drive with Kris and I ended up buying a mini van. Kris knew the Traverse wasn’t going to meet my needs so he told me about a mini van they had coming in! It was a month long process but he made it happen. What he lacked in stature, he more than made up for in stamina!!

This was the best service I’ve ever had. This was my second buy at Heritage Chevrolet with Lesilie Medina-Sorelo. I bought a vehicle just over a year ago and had such a wonderful service experience that I came back and leased a truck from her. Her customer service is by far the best service I’ve ever had. She listens to want the customer wants, she doesn’t try to over-sell you, very kind and genuine. Had my two year old grandson with me and she was helping entertain him as I did my paperwork.
