Its not fair to rate did not buy a car .they were good about calling and not pestering but thats all i can say. They probably missed out on a sale because the morning I bought my present car they were supposed to call me for availability, the night before but didn t det a call and instead of traveling to Battlecreek I went into Chicago! But never went there

My car has been at this dealership for over two weeks with out any resolution. Appointment was scheduled for work on Friday, no call, so I decided to call to find out they have not started on the car. I'm very dissatisfied with the scheduleing and service at this dealership. As a Navy vet, I will be file a complaint with the BBB.

Horrible experiences!!
The horrible service I continue to get from this place after thousands of dollars and keeping my Tahoe for about 9 months they let my car sit and then tried charging me for extra parts and a battery that they let go dead and the check engine light still on. I Have took it back twice and each time something else is wrong and the engine light comes back on the very next day every. Dang. Time. I could scream I’m so upset that I keep giving them the opportunity to do service recovery and it just keeps getting worse! Have been waiting two weeks now for a return call after calling 3x. I would never recommend going here! I Have been patient, kind and handed over a lot of money for a lot of bad work!
