My Colorado has been in for the same repair issue over 8 times now and the service department has no idea how to fix the no start issue.

Terrible experience, terrible service. Completely unprofessional sales manager who in the end because of a repair issue told me he didn?t want me as a customer. They could have had a repeat customer but will now get great advertisement from me and it will be free!!!

Service was great at the door and found a great truck to by as well. Be warned, make sure you have all pricing and monthly payments situated before you sit there for 3 and a half hours like I did. After a while approximately 1 and half hours everything seems to be set in stone and they were confident about pricing on the vehicle I was going to buy. After 3 hours of being there and thinking I was going to be leaving in a new truck with was the only thing that made the time worth while, they came up and said. "Oh by the way" the payment that was originally going to be my monthly payment went up by 250 dollars more then what they were for sure was going to be my payment. So all in all I got to sit around for 3 hours anxious and excited only to leave empty handed and 3 less hours of my very rare vacation weekend.
Great service from beginning to end. Greeted upon arrival and kept informed of status. Upon completion was greeted by owner of dealership and thanked for doing business with them.
Took a week and on the very expensive side. The staff/ service were very nice and explained and did all they could to help
