Jeff actually called me back, most salesmen do not. He called me earlier of the morning so we were able to drive to the location, take a look at the truck and do a test drive. Eric was so professional and kind, he noticed the treads hanging out of my tires and brought that to my attention. Instead of rotating tires I actually needed four new tires, very professional and concerned about the well-being of me driving in my vehicle.

I'm new to the area and had to get the state vehicle inspection done. I made the appointment last week for 11:00. They said it would take 45 min, so I planned my errands accordingly. I arrived a few minutes early and was in my car leaving at 11:01! I had so much spare time before my next appointment, I was able to get coffee and shop more, LOL. Thank you.

Oakley always have used clean vehicles with low mileage to select from. The 2002 Chevy HD half ton I purchased was in immaculate condition. After looking at the interior and under the hood, if not knowing the year, you would swear it was only couple years old. It was in superb condition. Jamie, the salesman that assisted me was more than helpful in answering my questions and making sure I had a test drive. Since moving to Kimberling City 4 years ago we have used Oakley Auto World to not only service our vehicles, but in last year we have also purchased 2 two different vehicles. It’s nice to go to a dealership and see familiar faces in both the sales and service departments. Each time we have a vehicle serviced the issue was resolved the first time. The car buying process is straightforward. One of the times we purchased a car it was unplanned, but they had exactly what we needed. On our most recent purchase we had more time to browse the lot and we found plenty of vehicles that would work but ultimately we found one that had everything we wanted and more. We enjoy being able to shop local and support the businesses in our community and Oakley’s is one of those places we are happy to do business with.
