Needed n auto inspection on 1 car & the other one an oil change & tire repair. While auto inspection was being accomplished, we drove the other car to run some errands. Eric called us when the inspection was complete. It was completed in the estimated time given. We had to have some work done & it was completed before the estimated time given. The car runs great.

From day one on out of state purchase of 2019 Lexus; communications, negotiations, pickup, paperwork; perfection!! Beautiful facility, super clean facilities. Many vehicles to pick from. Sales and management team were organized , punctual, polite, and super supportive on questions, vehicle background, etc. would definitely do business with them again.

I would highly recommend visiting and inspecting a car in person in order to avoid potential disappointment. Secondly, I’m not a big fan of which ever member of senior management asked my sales person to NOT respond to a letter of concerns that I politely shared, saying he would handle it. He didn’t. I ended up having to call the Salesman myself after a week and a half just to confirm that he’d received the letter, and was told that his manager had told him not to respond. Everyone was always courteous, but this was disappointing.
