2009 Honda Fit was a Great Fit for my current vehi

Great place to get a nice pre owned vehicle at a great price. Ernest took great care of my purchase and gave me a really good value on my trade-in. And I think it's excellent the maintenance they do to their vehicles before putting them out for sale to ensure their customers are getting a road Worthy and reliable car. Would gladly do business with them again in the future. Be sure to ask for Ernest!

Long Time Customer, Poor Service

Cransh has been, for the most part, a good experience for me. This is not my first time buying a vehicle on a loan, and they were patient with the process it took. We as a family have bought 4 cars from this place with very little concern until now. It pains me to write a low review of the place, but the salesman Ryan Holman has dropped the ball unfortunately. He had actually asked me to write a good review, but I sadly cannot. The story goes as follows: I had contacted Cransh about a 2010 Mustang they had for sale (which I've now purchased). All went well until the purchase day. The salesman, Ryan (who we've purchased every one of the four vehicles from over the past several years) was responsive with his emails and phone calls as he always is. I had gone to the dealership the final time roughly half an hour until their close due to the time I had gotten off of work. By the time all the paperwork had been completed and the car was mine, it was no less than half an hour after their closing time that I was ready to leave in the vehicle. However, upon getting in the vehicle, I noticed that the power seat no longer moved forward and was stuck in the farthest-back position, which is very uncomfortable to drive with (it is still stuck there). Most of the other employees had left by this point and they were waiting on me to leave, so I figured I would drive off (since I was alone and this was my only ride home) and call back the next day. The next morning, I called around 8:15-20ish and was greeted by a rather rude individual who told me, basically, it was too early to talk to anyone even though they were all there and to call back "around 9:15". I said okay, but then decided to just send an email directly to Ryan asking about the chair possibly getting looked at, since I discovered the issue in the lot prior to leaving with the car. He never responded to that email after having been so responsive before, which I thought was weird. I gave him several hours to reply, but decided to call in the later afternoon and try to get a hold of him. I was able to, and upon talking to him he claimed he hadn't seen the email all day. I had no reason to not believe him, so I said okay and proceeded to inform him of the extremely uncomfortable chair situation which needs to be looked at since I, once again, discovered the issue on the lot of the dealership. He said the mechanic could take a look but not that day. He said he could take a look either Friday or Monday (yesterday). He said he would call me to let me know, assured me he had my number. I said okay. I haven't heard from him since. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the entire weekend and Monday, but he either wanted to just get me off the phone, didn't care, or has simply forgotten-- and I'm not sure which is worst, considering we've been such long customers of not just Cransh but Ryan the salesman. You would think we'd be taken care of a little better. My advice to others considering Cransh is to test your vehicle VERY thoroughly even when you're getting in to drive away, because they won't support you once they've walked you out their door, even if it's the very next morning. They will do whatever they can to get you off the phone and out of their minds. I will be looking to other places for service on this chair, which if I have to replace will cost upwards of $900 just for the chair motor (not labor). Not happy in the least, and will most likely not return to Cransh.

Rude and unprofessional! Bad reviews!

I went there with cash in hand and was treated rudely and professionally and walked out! Confusing they don't seem too concerned about selling cars - guess they don't like cash money?!!!

Good value and service

I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.

Fantastic server ce!

Fantastic service! This is my second time to purchase a used car from them. I went back because I trust them! My first car purchase needed some minor repairs and they toke care of it right away. I just purchased my daughters first car and they also serviced it before we drove it off the lot. Never anything wrong with a used car when you know you are taken care of. Happy teen=Happy Mom!

Somewhat disappointed

Took car to mechanic near Cranach and to check out car before purchasing it.several things were found that Cransch did fix. I question their 51 pt inspection that they advertise. Was really disappointed that when my son got home with the car(it was for him) he said that he had to fill it up as it only had 1/4 of a tank when he drove off. I helped him get the cars and l presumed it was full when I left. I do not ever remember buying a new or used car in my life where it did not have a full tank of gas in it. Not good customer service. We needed to get a car soon as we had been looking for several weeks. I was ready to stop looking along with my son so that why we went ahead with this purchase.

Great place to buy a used car or truck

You will never find a better place to buy a used vehicle. My husband wanted a H3. We looked everywhere. Everything we saw was junk. We saw 2 advertised with Cransh. Our salesman was Arthur. He had both running when we arrived Never pressured us. Told us to take out time. He was there if any questions. We looked them over. Told him we will come back on saturday with our mechanic and if he passes it.. we will purchase it. He said we are welcome to take it to him now. He is a certified mechanic but does it on the side now. Works for banking company now . so we couldn't do that. Came back on sat. Our mechanic thoroughly looked it over and test drove it. only thing he could find is the differential plug leaked. they replaced it. When Arthur first brought out the vehicle for us...he got out of and said the power steering unit is going . We are going to replace it. The part will be here at 10. They did other replacement work also beforehand... Well taken care off with 3 owners. Good milage for an 2007. We bought it. Never any pressure to buy. Sat with Jorge and he explained the used car warranty when I asked about it. No pressure there to buy. We priced others and they were way higher... Everyone so friendly. Very honest. This is the 1st purchase of a vehicle that was actually a pleasure. I would recommend Cransh to anyone and go see Arthur. Can't go wrong...

Best dealership experience

I?ve never had a better experience when buying a car. Ryan was the absolute best salesman. He didn?t try to push me to buy a car, he let me make the decision. If you?re looking for a car but hate feeling like your pushed to buy something, this is the best dealership to go to.

THE BEST USED CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET!!!!

On 11/11/2017 my wife and I walked into Cransh Auto looking for a truck. When we walked up we were met by Arthur Rodriguez. Probably the most professional salesman you could ever meet. We ran him all over the place test driving truck after truck and he accommodated our ever need. Great Guy! Once we made our decision, he handled the entire process seamlessly. Then we sat down with Jorge Munoz to do the paperwork and complete the sale. (cash deal) We got ready to leave(after our purchase) and driving down Division, the truck had a little miss. I turned around and went back. I found Arthur and explained to him what was going on and he assured me they would fix the problem. Arthur's word is as good as gold. They found a coil that had malfunctioned and replaced it right away. These guys stand behind their vehicle's 100%. I will go back to them in the future. Arthur you are the MAN!
