After losing my car a week before I start a new job and having one or the worst weekends I've ever had, I was referred to Scott Elder Mitsubishi to have my expectations far beyond exceeded. I met Nico R. to discuss one of the Pre-Certified Cars I saw online and after I test-drove and half-heartedly settled on one of the other used cars, we ran an application for financing and Nico informed me that Elder Mitsubishi specializes in sub-prime ("repairing") credit and that he could get me into a new car for a dime down and not much more in total. After just one more test drive Nico found me a brand new Blue Mitsubishi Mirage G4 that had every feature I wanted and more. Then he sat with me for hours while I figured out my insurance situation - and never left me to figure anything out alone or to go make another sale. I was stunned. Oh! And did I mention I put no money down? AND they financed me (and my not-so-great) credit for very little more a month than what I would've paid if I bought a used car I didn't love. Then after meeting with Nico (hands-down most genuine car salesman I'll ever meet) I met with Erica V. who literally explained every single detail about my new car - and even set-up my Bluetooth for me. She was incredibly helpful and very thorough in explaining every single thing! I came in just needing something that can get me back and forth to work and I left with a brand new car that fits me more than I could've ever dreamed, an untouched wallet (outside of the insurance), and a peace-of-mind knowing I have a warranty that'll cover me for a DECADE - all without feeling used or like I was just another sale. I would recommend Scott Elder Mitsubishi to literally any person I see. Hands down.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had going to a dealership. The location is very well kept, and the staff are some of the kindest, down to earth, friendly people I have met! I didnt feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle I didn't want, and felt comfortable and at ease when everyone in the facility went out of their way to make this the best experience for my husband and I. Ask for Michael Stryker! He is a very honest, easy to talk to and trustworthy guy!

I absolutely loved Alondra!! She is so helpful and lights up a room with her smile. She made us feel so comfortable and by the time we left I felt I have known her my whole life. Loved her!!!!!
