Fast and easy car buying
Bought a new Nissan SUV today. Process was quick and they were helpful with even with my terrible credit. Took my car as a trade in even though it wasn't on location.

Best car buying experience- EVER!
The moment we pulled up we were greeted by Steven and IMMEDIATELY helped. The entire process and ALL of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and FAST. This was truly the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We are absolutely thrilled with our new purchase and Steven / Elder Mitsubishi helped us get more bang for our buck. We stayed within our stated budget AND were able to get a newer car than we anticipated getting. No high pressure sales, no slick “check with my manager” moves, just solid customer service with a smile and honest, upfront information.

I had such a great experience at Elder Mitsubishi recently when I purchased my 2018 Outlander. My salesman Luis Cabrera really was really knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi products and really took care of me during the purchase process. Thank you Luis. STAY AWAY!!
DO NOT GO HERE!! These people are incompetent and money grubbing monsters. We went to trade in a lease and kept being told lies that were then returned with other statements like "oh well now the bank is saying..." after were were already told what the deal was. After 7 1/2 hours of waiting(and a guarantee from our sales person my husband was already approved by the bank) I left and my husband returned with the car to tell me he had to go back tomorrow to sign the final paperwork as the bank closed. Well, then they call him and tell him he has to pay a pretty substantial down payment or have a co-signer the next day. But when we ask things like why did you tell me this other thing yesterday we get told "no one tells me anything so I don't know man". What a joke. Don't let the friendly smiling faces fool you, they don't care about you or your family at all. Our sales guy was nice but if they really give him that little power I don't get what he works there for.

Absolute nightmare

Alondras Level of Service saved the sale
When i first got there it was a long wait and then finally they placed me with Raul someone who just started and didn't know what he was doing. The manager....finally came after they ran my credit...and explained that i can go look at cars.....we looked at cars....i liked the ford edge and one of your sport vehicles....i told Raul what i liked we test drove the ford edge the check engine came on...i told the manager after got back he said he would put it in the shop....by the time we got this far in the process the dealer ship was closing and the manager said he would get back to me as far as the credit app on Monday....no call.....tuesday no call.....i called yal on Wednesday.....no one helped....thurdsday same thing friday same thing.....i finally get someone the next week the guy who i spoke with was being candid and unempathetic and said we had customers come in thats why no one got back with me....I was appalled....and i tried to undertstand the logic in his answers...we came to an agreement and he told me he was going to call me back once he gets everything with me finished....never got a call back....i recieved a letter in the mail another week and a half later from Elder saying that you all needed more information about address pay stubs which i provided on the first day....so i called to speak with a guy he tells me i had been approved already and not sure why i got the letter we scheduled a date for me to come in....may 8th i came in and im greeted by Alondra...she is kind understanding professional and made sure i was well taken care of and made the process seamless answered all my question and provided phenomenal customer service...she derserves a raise promotion recognition something...i am a manger for a national real estate company and I work in Marketing/advertising and connect with alot of different people and because of her and the level of service she provided i will recommend Elder Mitsubishi....if it had not been for her i would have not given any good reviews regarding the people or the company....Thank you Alondra!
