Oil change service

I didn't know I had to make an appt, but the Svc Dept squeezed me in, thank you. However, didn't notice till after I left that the technician who did the svc managed to change just about everything on my dash console screens, including my radio and the way I had set directional/mileage. Now I will have to go back to the book to figure out how to put everything back the way it was. I don't understand why it was needed to change everything...including my radio station, but if they have to change them just for an oil change, then they should put everything back the way it was before I brought it in.

Oil change

They always do a great job & go above and beyond on the customer service! I would highly recommend their services. Ryan was awesome! Service department is always excellent!

easy and straightforward

We had picked out our car and applied for financing before coming into the dealership, so everything was already taken care of. It was really just paperwork, and everyone was very organized and moved us through all the details without pressuring us to look at other cars, buy a lot of add-on protections, etc. Much appreciated!

Great Experience - Nice Job Chris Griffitts

I'm not one who buys/trades vehicle very often so my car buying experience was a little rusty. We were looking for a white Used GMC Yukon XL to replace our current 2000 GMC Yukon XL and spotted the white 2019 Yukon XL Denali "calling our name". "Oh no this is going to be tough" given our limited car buying knowledge! However, Chris met us at the door and said here's the keys, take a drive and let me know what you think. From that point forward everything went extremely professional and smooth - long story short - we picked the vehicle up the very next day. A special thanks to Chris for going above and beyond in detailing vehicle or as he stated " Car Detailing by Chris". Nice Job Chris and thank you. quick and easy

The transaction was easy and quick. We walked in drove a few cars and made our decision. We had been preapproved with a Credit Union and when they had given us an issue with the contract Mark was happy to step in and help us still complete the sale.

Oil change and tire rotation

The staff was very friendly and kept me informed of the progress of the work. It did take a little longer than I expected. My biggest issue was that my tire pressure was low the day after I was in. I feel like that should’ve been something they checked since the balanced and rotated my tires. I had to stop late at night to put air in my tires.

easy and very professional

Tim Shaw was very professional and easy to work with. My husband worked with Tim several years ago to purchase a truck and we came back to purchase a car.

Very Long...

I knew the car I wanted, already filled out app online for finance, got there when they opened and it still took just under 4 hours before I left with the car. Completely unacceptable. Only shinning spot was salesman Daniel Sullivan and the car. In the future will be going with Carvana and avoid the entire process of waiting 45-60 mins each time just to get a signature or "OK" for something.... what a waste of my day.

We're so sorry you had to wait a long time! Doing the online credit application ahead of time can definitely expedite the process, and we suggest doing that to save time spent in the dealership. However, in this situation, the credit application was done after hours. We opened at 1pm on Sunday, and the credit application was given to our finance department at 1:08pm. Sundays can be extremely busy. We sincerely apologize that your visit was longer than it should've been. We're continually reviewing new technology and products to speed up the transaction. We appreciate your business, and we truly hope you'll give Daniel another chance with your vehicle needs in the future!
