The rep I worked with named Pete never called me back after supposedly ordering my new key fob and key. it’s been more than 2 months now since I visited the Ford location.

The salesman Shawn was amazing hands down the best I’ve ever worked with and this is my 10th or 11th car buying experience. He was patient and thorough. Kevin in finance was a pleasure to work with, again kind patient and listened to our wants in the process.
