Sevierville Auto Brokers

Do not buy from this company. They sold me a faulty car with a warranty that does not pay for what Vincent tells you. I reported them to the FTC. I’m also seeking further legal action against him. I was told $100 deductible and ended up paying $500 on a starter replacement—which was “covered” supposedly. I was looking for a car with $6000 cash and because Vincent made the warranty sound so good I bought from them. I would have never bought from them otherwise. The car had issues the first week and Vincent was unwilling to give me my money back even though Tennessee has a lemon law. He did not comply. So it was lose $6000 or keep the lemon. I was late on my payment due to car repair and sick with COVID(another occasion last year but made an agreement of a monthly payment). They took my car even though I spoke with him and let him know. He told me they would always work with me as long as I talked to him. There wasn’t a month that didn’t go by without me making a payment and they took it anyway. Bad cars, bad warranty and bad service. So now I’m out $11,500+ and no car. Total payoff on a 2008 HONDA CRV 17,000 which was not explained at the time of signing. He also lied and said it was a 2011. They want $6000 in 14 days. I can’t imagine what this would do to someone in a tougher position than I’m in. Lying seems to be frequent.

I purchased a GMC Envoy from Vincent at Sevierville Auto Brokers. He was super nice, pleasant to work with and very accommodating in the purchase of this vehicle. He let me take the vehicle for the entire day to have it inspected by my mechanic and had the carfax ready for me when I went to pick it up. There were no issues with the vehicle.
