Excellent Service
Joe Chistopher addressed my concerns about the bluetooth functionality. Specifically, when a call was initiated using the button on the steering wheel, seldom did they complete. Joe scheduled me an appointment, and informed me that Scott Bever would be the assigned mechanic. Due to my wife having surgery on the date Joe scheduled my appointment, I brought my vehicle to the dealership the day before. I was content with Scott working on my vehicle on the scheduled date but to my surprise, Joe called me shortly after I dropped off my vehicle and informed me that the work had been completed. Joe and Scott always take care of me, but this particular time even amazed me. The service was outstanding, and most importantly, my problem had been resolved. I can now make a call every time using voice recognition.

Amazing experience

Disaster
My vehicle was not given back to me the way i turned it in to them. The right side of my car got hit and conveniently nothing on the right side of my car works such as my Windows,locks and my neither of my sunroofs work. All of which were working perfectly fine before they did body work on it. Will be calling the better business bureau

I would like to recognize Adam Havens outstanding attention to detail while I had my car in for service. I had the car in for an oil change and he noticed that the car was using an excessive amount of oil . He had me bring in the car every 500 miles to check the oil level. After several trips to the dealership. Adam said "They would replace the pistons and rings at no to me."Great catch by Adam.Thanks Adam and Berger Chevy. Bob Pavlovic

Made car buying simple!
The dealership team worked to make car buying easy with their 'get it done' approach to the process. Great salesmen!
First time at a dealer in many years. Worked with Larry and he helped me find the right car without all the hassle and pressure. Gave me a great price for trade and followed up after the sale! I would recommend Larry to friends and will certainly visit him and Berger again. Nice to find a dealership that isn’t easy to work with and doesn’t pressure sure you into something you don’t want!
