Wally was such a pleasure to work with. I absolutely hate buying a vehicle. I have a hard time trusting salespeople. He listened to my wants and needs even with me being back and worth on what I was looking for. I appreciate his patience with me and my son. While I was searching for cars and I shopped around a few places and they all tried to sell me junk tapped in a bow and offered me outrageous interest rates. However when I got to Berger and talked to Wally it actually seemed like he wanted me to drive away in a nice car, not only because that's what he does and he gets paid for it but because he actually wanted to see me satisfied. He put up with my indecisiveness and actually helped me decide on this Hyundai which was a few grand cheaper than the other car I was looking into, which to me says he would rather me be comfortable with my payments and everything than make more money. All in all it was a pretty fantastic experience for my first dealer purchase and I will most definitely be comming back here first next time I'm in the market for a car. Thanks Wally!

My credit is far less than perfect but I luckily was given to Heather Jensen where she worked hard to get me the car I wanted, a lower than expected interest rate and payment. JS her manger assisted so I didnt get stuck with a subprime lender. The experience was very positive and all the staff at Berger that assisted with my purchase were very friendly and helpful. I would for sure tell anyone i knew looking for a vehcile to contact Heather Jensen immediately. I felt that she really did care about helping me obtain a new car.

Car shopping is a nerve racking experience for anyone especially when it's your first time! After driving through countless used car lots I found exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes at Berger. I was so happy to walk away with the car I really wanted for a price that I could afford! And thanks to Berger and their team I was able to drive it home the same day.

We didn't plan on purchasing a car the same day we came into the dealership. We only planned on getting some info on leasing, and check the prices, as we were shopping around. "Wally" however, took the time to explain everything without being aggressive or rushing us. We were very happy for all the time and patience he spent with us. And, we are happy with the 2016 Malibu we ended up leasing from him. We will definitely refer others to him and the Berger Dealership.

My mother and I had a wonderful experiece working with Wally. My mother's vehicle was on its last leg after almost 20 years. She was extremely stressed about finding another vehicle.
