Inviting & Informative, No Peasure!

My initial call was to tella sales. After gathering some information from them, they suggested that we come into the dealership and speak with someone. I then called back and informed them of when I would like to come in and view their inventory. Upon arriving, I was politely greeted by Brandi outside the front door. Her interest was to find just the right truck for me, and at no time did I feel that she was pushy or rude; she would only suggest. If they didn’t have what I was looking for in their large inventory, she would do her best to locate one. As a result, we found The One (upon the approval of my wife, ha). We easily settled on a no pressure deal. Two weeks later, I am very happy with my choice and said that I would love doing business with Berger again!

Great people

Every time i call they answer my questions and the patts and sales plus service people are all very friendly and quick and very polite always

Lease new Equinox

Jeremy provided great customer service and got me in my vehicle quick. Highly recommend him and Cathy in finance. They gave me a very competitive price!!!!

Second chance

The last time I bought a vehicle from Berger was 1999. The experience was less than enjoyable. I said I would never buy from them again. Fast forward to 2018. We decided to give them another try. Our salesman,Thomas Darga, listened to what we wanted and provided us with an experience that was what we expected. We would definitely recommend Berger. Thank you again.

Good but disappointed parts were not preordered

Stopped in to schedule replacement of high mount brake light that was cracked and leaking. I drive my car for business and it's my portable office so I stopped in to have them look at what would be needed and scheduled for the following Monday 8am for what I was told was a 3 hour job. I was disappointed to find out 5 hours later that they would need to order a part out of Chicago and it wouldn't be done until the end of the following day. I don't blame my service adviser but whoever looked at it when I first made the appointment should have checked for parts instead of waiting and making a 3 hour job into a 30+ hour job.

Easy , fast, no pressure..... fun

James was very friendly and helpful .... I’ve bought quite a few cars in my lifetime! This time I needed a vehicle and I needed it fast ...The dealership was very accommodating and friendly!

Great Experience at Berger

We worked with Heather J. We told her what we were looking for and our price range. We went right out to the lot and the car I was looking for, was right there. We went back inside. Worked on our loan and boom, we had a great interest rate and a great deal on a new equinox. We picked it up the next day. Heather had everything already prepared. She gave us a very good overview of all the features in the new equinox. Heather was very personal and very knowledgeable about the car and all the paperwork. It was a breeze to work with her. It was a great experience!

Wellness checkup

Quick work, good explanations, friendly staff never had to get out of our car, professional attitude, didn't have to wait for service. They were ready when we arrived for our appointment.

Excellent Customer Service!

The oil change representatives were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was greeted with a smile, and they wished me a nice day when I left!
