Too expensive

Oil change was too expensive and now they raised the price. They also got rid of frequent oil change card which is horrible since oil changes there are pricier than most places. People look forward to the frequent oil change card

Quick response

Very pleased with communication and, quick turn time, Al was helpful and informative. I used the shuttle service which was available. Overall great experience, will use again.

Professional Service

4 hours well spent!

I scheduled a free battery check and oil change. Battery did need replacing, agreed to cleaning of all “lines” (fuel & engine) along with Oil change. Not realizing it would take at least 3-4 hours I went ahead with it and was able to make several return phone calls, schedule appointments and planning an upcoming road trip to Nashville! Time well spent!

Regular maintenance

I brought my car in for an oil change and alignment and filter change service was excellent and I will recommend to anyone . I believe it’s best to schedule in advance for routine maintenance and the quick lube services are good too

Best car buying experience in 40 years.

Having MJ as our sales consultant was pure random chance. However, my car buying experience was has never been better. MJ was the ultimate professional, no pressure and lots of patience. While I did my best to make the deal complicated MJ worked hard on solving all the issues. Five Stars to Berger Chevy and MJ. .

Mostly satisfied

My visit was fine. Everything was done well except for resetting the computer to reflect my oil change. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Good experience.

Top notch service.

The service advisor Adam Havens is great to work with. He takes his job to keep my vehicle running top notch very seriously. He watches for service needs and finds deals and coupons for my advantage. Top of the line service.

Miss no more

I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado in for a engine miss. It was diagnosed and repaired and now runs great again. Thank you Berger Service Dept.
