From start to finish, over a 3 moth period, Alex kept me well informed and updated during the various stages of the build process for my Toyota Tacoma. Upon taking delivery of my Tacoma Alex was very helpful showing me everything I need to know regarding the features and operation of the truck. Arthur was warm and friendly and had strong family values. It matched how we wanted to do business! He was particularly sweet and caring toward my mom who is a senior- we loved that! Arthur was also ver attentive, fast on his feet and told us where we were in the process all throughout.
