Arthur was warm and friendly and had strong family values. It matched how we wanted to do business! He was particularly sweet and caring toward my mom who is a senior- we loved that! Arthur was also ver attentive, fast on his feet and told us where we were in the process all throughout.

First class from service advisor to mechanic, always keeps you updated on your vehicle, why something needs to be changed and why, and what the cost will be. Service time very reasonable, especially if you wait for your vehicle, Been going there since I purchased my 4-Runner twenty years ago, and never had a problem with service.
