The repair work that was required, per the dealership,

The repair work that was required, per the dealership, was not correct and the cost associated with the repair work was very expensive. Also, the customer service agent was never prompt, or forgot, in returning my calls or following up on my service, In fact, my last contact with this dealership, which they initiated, I furnished my concerns about their estimate and, to date, have never heard back.

Had an issue with a defective front camera system on a

Had an issue with a defective front camera system on a 2024 RAVA 4, staff promptly scheduled an appointment found the issue, ordered the part and had it fixed the next day on warranty coverage. Very quick turnaround, great service.

I left the car at the dealer to get it serviced and told

I left the car at the dealer to get it serviced and told the shop to call me if there are any problems. When I return to pick up the car, they said that it needed brake fluid and some other things, but because they were unable to contact me because my phone was shut off they said they couldn’t do it. But the thing was that I received for texts While they said, my phone was shut off and you would think that if I had low brake level, they would simply add some brake fluid, But that’s just me. I had other issues as well, but not worth mentioning.

They were very helpful, and had things done quickly.

They were very helpful, and had things done quickly. Answer any questions I had. And made sure I understand what it was that needed done. Only complaint I have was that the car wash was down.
