I purchased a new Accord, and worked with Greg Buysman. He was friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, but most of all as a woman buying a car, I didn't feel like he was trying to talk me into anything. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Buying a new car at Norm Reeves was painless, in fact it was pleasant. Jeff Aoki was straightforward in giving me the price quotations over the internet. His price beats the other dealerships, even the TrueCar.Com. When my husband and I went to the dealership last Dec. 31, 2013 Jeff was very pleasant. He was very accommodating and patient explaining things to me and answering my questions. He knows his product and his numbers very well. After awhile my husband wasn't paying attention anymore but the football game. He knew I was in good hands and he knew I did my homework. One thing I like about Jeff is that he wasn't pushy and hard sell, and he wasn't obnoxious. Frank Wong the finance guy was very thorough also in explaining things to me. I appreciate that he did not sell me something I do not need. The whole process was so easy and pleasant I spent the last day of 2013 with a BANG!

I bought my first new Honda Accord in 2001 at Norm Reeves...

I bought my first new Honda Accord in 2001 at Norm Reeves Cerritos and had a good experience which brought me back to Norm Reeves 12 years later! I spent a lot of time on-line looking for good deals on my dream car, a Honda Odyssey (I'm a mom, now!). I was quoted a great deal from Ed Mahdavi. He sent me emails and quotes and answered all my questions. He was AMAZING! When my husband and I came to Ed's office, he was personable and friendly and gave me the sense that he wanted the best for me, not just the sale. Ed talked with me about all the lease/purchase options and the deal could not be beat. Believe me, I did my research! I was very happy at the end of the whole process. Ed called me the next day after my purchase and I answered my phone using the new bluetooth technology. I was so excited to tell him how easy it was to use and how happy I am in my new, safe, and beautiful family vehicle! Ed laughed at my jubilant attitude and he was genuinely happy for us. Aside from Ed being great, my husband and I enjoyed working with everyone involved, including Linda and Rich. I would love to return to Norm Reeves in another 12 years, when my new Honda is ready to be retired after many years of happy driving! THANK YOU, ED!!

The friendly staff at Norm Reeves worked together to make sure I got the car I wanted at a fair price. Many thanks to Owen Kimbro for the referral to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore, for the test drive, and pitching in during negotiations. To Paul Flores for photos of the sticker so I could check out the car before making the drive. To Brian Chen for locating a car with the beige interior I wanted and getting it ready for me. To Jojo Bayas for efficiently processing the paperwork down to the very last detail. I was particularly impressed by everyone’s professionalism and focus on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. There was no pressure, no unwanted extras—just clear explanations of all of my options. Overall, an excellent experience.
