My car broke down on the NJ turnpike. I had it towed to the dealer. Great, fast service. We were also provided a Lyft back and forth to our hotel.

He answered every question we had and made the process very easy. I’ve dealt with many dealerships and many salesmen over the years and this was one of the easiest processes I’ve dealt with. I think this was primarily due to the professionalism and flexibility that Danny provided. I also want to add that even dealing with one of the floor managers ,Steve who was very pleasant as well which added to the process moving along quickly and smoothly.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Called about a vehicle at end of day on a Saturday, they told me it was still available. I told them I would be driving a long way (1.5 hours) for a car they just listed to be there before they opened on Monday morning. They assured me it was still available, and they would let me know BEFORE I left if anything changed. Driving through horrible rain and traffic to be there 15 minutes before they open with my son - they tell me "oh sorry, the car sold on Saturday. Their goal is to get you there - then you are at their mercy. We walked out very angry and to never go back.
