I came up to JKB to take a look at a vehicle i fell in love with online. Prior to making a 2 hour long drive we called to speak to someone regarding financing process as i did not have the greatest credit score. Spoke with Kevin who was very helpful over the phone, told us to come up, have a look and he could have us out of JKB by 5pm with our new vehicle. The associates here were very helpful, promptly greeted us, had the vehicle out waiting for us to view and test drive. Kevin was very helpful, made sure we tested every single thing out on the vehicle, and answered all questions. After the test drive was where the nerves kicked in as i was afraid of getting turned down on financing help. Ruth spoke with the bankers and got us into our new vehicle answering all our questions as this was the first vehicle purchase for us from a dealer. Very good experience and will highly recommend!!!

The website was very easy to navigate. Found our vehicle, filled out the loan application to get approved prior to visiting and contacted them through the page. Facilities are clean and quite, staff is helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone in search of a good clean used vehicle.

Toilet paper was not on roll in the community restroom. Kevin was great!
