Lexus rx330

I had contacted them through cars.com. Their response was great. They even said they do have a little wiggle on price. I did not buy any cars from them, which was my deal anyways. But still would try them next time I'm in the market. For now, I purchased a newer model, and wish I would have driven down to see the one they have just to compare.

Not worth wasting your time

I emailed and called several times with promises of returned phone calls. Never once did they call me. I received one email from them that intentionally skated around every question I asked. I answered my own questions by driving to the lot and could see why they didn't answer what I asked. The truck was in horrible condition.

Good Experience

Great guys to work with, were busy but to be expected with their lower than most dealership prices. Jeff and Andrew were great to work with. Love the car very clean and straight. Remote to the vehicle was missing Andrew tood the time to find a spare one and reprogram it for us before we took the vehicle home. Would recommend this dealer.

I have purchased two vehicles for them.

I bought the first vechicle for cash. Easy deal. They were busy, but took care of me in the meantime. I was impressed with the varity of their inventory for a smaller dealer. Seems someone knows what to buy. Having more staff would, of course, increase overhead which would increae prices. The second purchase, I traded the first vehicle for the exact same year, make, model and color for one with many less miles and less wear and tear. Again for cash and easy deal. They recognized how well cared for my trade was and treated me fairly. I have had only minor issues with my vehicles, none their responsibility. I would not hesitate to consider them for another purchase. The only complaint I have is that when I picked up the first vehicle, it was not washed. The second was fine.

Terrible

I wanted to trade a fairly new vehicle for something that they had and they weren't interested. What kind of dealership wont take a trade when its in great condition? The guy I spoke with was really rude also.

Trade-in Nightmare

The Good: Recently bought a vehicle from them. Initial contact was good, non pushy salesmen. The day we went to look, they were very busy and I had to track someone down just to test drive. We ended up working out a great deal and traded in our current vehicle for a new one and all was good. The Bad: A couple weeks had gone by and I had called my old loan provider to obtain a lien release and had realized it hadn't been paid off. I called and was told it would be paid off by the end of the week. After that week was over I called again and still showed a balance. This went on daily for 2 more weeks before finally getting it paid off. Overall: I believe these guys are honest and not out to rip you off. Unfortunately in my case there was some issues (possible lack of organization.) that caused my issue. I would refer someone buying a vehicle outright. But working with a trade in, I would caution you to keep up on the progress of the payoff.

GREAT DDEAL I EVER HAD,,,

i called them over the the phone fo what i wanted and they accepted my offer , they are trying hard to get the lowest rate wich i got approved for.very nice and friendly group work in there.any ways this is what any customer wants: great deal,great car and great customer service.they made my day yesterday .this dealership will be my future recommendation for my own and any other people.now you can say save money live happy.

Good Experience

Just got a burb from these guys in Harrisonville MO. They cleaned it up nice and put new tires on it. They were not pushy at all. Joe and Andrew treated me well. They did everything that they said they would do. I drove 2.5 hours, and would do it again if I was in the market.

What a joke

Drove 220 miles to look at a vehicle, talked to the salesman twice while in route, arrived 15 min before i told him i would be there and he was writing the deal up with the same vehicle with another customer. salesman had my phone number and didn't bother calling.

2003 F250 Crew Cab V10 4x4

Awesome group of guys to work with. Laid back and very comfortable environment to purchase a pre owned vehicle. The truck I got from them a few weeks back has been great. It is like going out on a first date every time I get to drive somewhere in it. I would definitely recommend JKB Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for the ultimate vehicle buying experience.
