O M G !! Mendi and Robert made this experience so memorable. I was nervous because I had a bad experience with another dealership and I thought it was going to be the same thing, but surprisingly I was wrong. The first thing I loved was they didn't try to sell me anything out of my budget, she listened and gave me options. She was very communicative, patient, kind and went above and beyond, drove us all the way to Denton so I could test drive the vehicle and it was love at first sight. I will forever recomend this place. She has been following up making sure everything is ok with the car. This is the place to trade/purchase a vehicle and when you go ask for MJ (Mendi), she will take care of you like family.

Tamara Hitt sold me my silverado. She is a fantastic sales person. Explained the process every step of the way. Listened to my requests and followed up. We've since bought a chevy Traverse from her as well. I highly recommend her as she did a wonderful job for us!

Will at Autonation Chevrolet sold us a 2026 Equinox. We told him we needed a car easy to get in for my husband. We tried the Trax and he couldn't get in it do then he should us the Equinox. In the beginning it old him what colors I don't want to look at. Once he pulled up the green one my eyes lit up. He smiled and then we had many laughs driving it. Technology is not our friend but we ended up driving it off the lot. We love this car but do miss my Kia Soul.

They kept me informed and updated on the diagnosis and repair. I liked the videos the tech sent when the problem was found.

Took travers to get scheduled service and let the service mgr about issues that the traverse had said to take it back another time to get check out very poor sevice. I live 40 min away will not buy at this dealership again and will jot recommend it either. Did not fix issue. Did not seem untreated in helping at the moment. No loner cars available either. ! Would like to service and maybe buy again but service is very poor. This time !

Aime, my service advisor, was so accommodating, helpful and has an excellent customer service. Did all that I requested in reasonable time and washed my car.
