My advisor is TJ and every time I bring my vehicle in for service her goes above and beyond to to take care of my service request for my vehicle. He keeps me posted on the approximate time the vehicle. I am very satisfied with AutoNation. Also I recently purchased a used vehicle (cash) and I received superior service with every one involved in the purchase.

Great Sales Experience

Quick and Professional
This was a routine oil change and warranty check. The Auto Nation service rep, Donovan, was enthusiastic and professional. He coordinated in getting the service done in a timely manner and kept me informed. The wait area was comfortable.

great atmosphere
We bought our first vehicle in 2012 and felt like our payments were too high. When I spoke with Steve we told him about our bad experience the first time around in autonation and that we weren't comfortable trading in our truck because we put so much money into it and it literally was worth nothing. We understand when buying a new vehicle as soon as you drive it ooff the lot the value of that vehicle depreciates exponentially. Steve made us comfortable in our purchase and in the end my fiance got the vehicle she wanted. He is an amazing sales representative with lots of character. He also values you as a customer and will search nonstop to find the right purchase for you. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and we are looking forward to making many more purchases only through Steve. Thank you autonation for always being good to us.

Excellent service
I brought my car in for two things. A rattle and the check engine light was on. They fixed both. The wonderful news was the rattle was covered under a recall. I decided then that I am always going to bring my car to the dealer for repairs because if I had taken it somewhere else I would have had to pay for that repair. The service was excellent and the people were friendly. I love my little Chevy Sonic. It is the best new car I have ever had.

Great services and coffee
Brought my 2004 Impala in for a recall (Ignition switch) fix. I made an appointment with Kurt a week or so before. When I came I was taken right away by Nancy; The repair was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. All that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent service!
