Friendly staff awesome customer service

The very helpful and friendly staff was very attentive and made sure that I was kept informed with the status of my truck. They supplied me with the same truck that I own to drive while mine was in for service. This was very important to me since I am self employed and I drive this truck daily to make my living. It made for a smooth transition for me to continue working and not lose time off of work.

AWEFUL

I've gone to this dealership for a long time and since they went from Bankson to Auto Nation it has been horrible service. THe phone people are horrible and the managers are as well. The only people that are nice but rush to get you out is the service men when you bring your car in. THis last time I went was the last time I will go to this place. I asked for a manager and he didn't even bother calling me back. My husband left a message with a Greg 2 weeks ago he didn't bother calling me back. They don't want your business.

Tagalong

I am so surprised and pleased how much for the better this dealership has changed. When I purchased my car, I bought a auto nations policy for free oil changes etc. I have never had such poor service, I was so upset with the place I was talking to GM only to learn they had nothing to do with how the business was run. OMG I will never go to that location again, then I got the recall notices. Classic Chevrolet had an opening in 3 months, I'm stuck with going back to Bankston. I was pleasantly surprised by the difference in the dealership. Unfortunately I doubt I could ever buy a car there again.

Loving my Silverado

Christina Mesa helped us buy our new silverado. She is fantastic,knowledgeable,even with follow ups. She helped us get the color I wanted,worked with us on a great price,Helped me learn all the features on the screen. loved the test drive. The whole group at Auto nation in north richland hills were great from start to finish.NO PRESSURE SALES here.These people know they have a good truck to sale.I would definitely recommend these folks. Great Service in a timely manner.

Noel Yandell provided excellent service with a pleasing demeanor. His expertise enabled me to trust what he said was needed. I have gone in for service at other dealerships and many unnecessary things are added on. I did not get that at AutoNation. I will definitely return.Thank you.

Mrs Linda Benton

We were greeted by Adrianne and handed off to Jacob. Jacob was very pleasant and took us to view several vehicles, then we drove 2 of those vehicles. He showed us how each vehicle functioned and suggested we call him if we had any questions in the future. Jacob was a very knowledgeable person concerning the vehicles and if he did not know something he immediately asked someone else and came back to us with the answer. #1 dealership!!!

Kelly Hutto was the best! He was very helpful and knowledgeable! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and all employees I came in contact with were friendly and respectful.

Excellent Experience

After doing my research and determining what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase I contacted AutoNation online to schedule an appointment for the specific vehicle I liked. I was contacted by two people in less than 24 hours. The first contact was with Andrea to schedule me for an appointment. The second contact was from the Sales Manager to thank me for my interest in their dealership. I arrived the following day for my appointment where I was greeted immediately, shown the car and drove the car I liked followed by making the deal. I told my sales person, Otis Caldwell exactly how much I wanted to pay each month and for the car in total. I also advised him that I knew the value of my trade in. I was offered the best and most fair trade in value on my car and the price of the vehicle I wanted was even lowered to fit my budget. I was extremely pleases when I learned that Wade Adamsom, the Finance Manager, was able to get me approved for a lower interest rate than what I had already been pre-approved for before contacting them. Once we agreed upon numbers the deal was done and I left shortly after in my new vehicle. They met all my requests and even more than I asked for. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly and completely here to help me find the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. It was overall a pleasurable experience and I will go back to purchase from them again.

Awesome Salesmen. Jacob Oropeza was GREAT!!!

Very helpful team of salesmen. However, there were a couple of instances where I observed management speaking to potential customers in a negative manner. There was a guy trying to test drive a Corvette and they were kind of rude to him and not allowing him to drive it. I understand their position but they could have been a little nicer to him. Did not catch his name but he was a tall, bald guy. Kind of a bigger guy. My sales person, Jacob Oropeza was exceptional!!!
