Great Service

I worked with Will at the Ankeny Used Cars division. He did a great job working with me over a 6 hour period (I was a bit picky and indecisive) and found me exactly what I was looking for!!! Great job! His manager, Jason, was right on top of everything and even offered me lunch since I was there for such a long period of time. Awesome job, guys!!!

I visited on a Sunday. There was a friendly group of mechanics in the shop. They did an outstanding job on the service to my truck

2014 Malibu

I'm sometimes anxious going into a dealership because I don't like to be sold...I don't want a pushy salesperson telling me what I want. At Karl it was just the opposite, I was asked what I was looking for and Mike took the time to help me narrow down what I wanted vs. what I didn't.

Satisfied Truck Buyer

Service regarding vehicle purchase

Service experience

Employee picked us up as we were walking and provided a ride on a golf cart from the Quick Lube area to the show room. Greatly appreciated. As we are in our eighties, walking is more difficult now.

Ideal Experience

Once I started dealing with the correct (fleet) salesman, everything was perfect. He gave me all the attention and time I wanted. He actually knew the answers to my questions. Nothing was rushed or pushed. I can't speak for all the salesmen, but Matt Reaman was definitely top notch.
